E Booth Painting

I had to repaint a room from a remodel we did this winter. I called three painters (all recommend…read moreby my local Aboff's paint store. One really stood out and it was Ed Booth Painting. Ed came to the house personally, reviewed the job, had some really good ideas and also came in with a competitive rate. His crew finished yesterday and they really went the extra yard. Ed did a final walk through to inspect everything and made sure I was happy with the work. He's good and his crew is good. If you are looking for a professional painter that cares about his work, you've just found him. Strongly recommend PM Glen Cove NY

I see there are positive reviews for the business from the last few years…read more I also had great service from Ed Booth. However, this business was recently sold. The service and attention to detail is the opposite of what Ed provided and guarantee he made to customers. I had a large project that I wish I went with another painter for. After pointing out the lack of quality across the work (top of doors not painted, streaking, chipping, primer issues), it was redone but at another significant expense charged by E Booth. Essentially paying twice for quality that was still poor - and should have been done properly the first time. I had to bring a new painter in to complete the job professionally. Please reach out to me if you would like to discuss my experience in more detail. I can also share photos. TLDR: AVOID E Booth. There are better local options. Not worth the headache. It is unfortunate for the original Ed booth to be associated with this new business.

I am DIYer and it is difficult for me to hire and feel comfortable with anyone but myself as I have…read morehigh expectations. I was very comfortable working with Frank and his crew. Alfredo (Foreman) and his assistant were a pleasure; very neat and courteous. Prior to contacting Frank's, the stain on the deck was peeling off in sheets. I contemplated replacing the deck surface with laminated faux wood boards. Frank convinced me that his crew could bring the deck back to life by scraping, sanding, priming and staining over a few good weather days. The price was fair and Frank was right. They brought the deck back to life for many more years of pleasure at a fraction of what it would have cost to replace. Frank's Painting delivered as promised, I would hire them again for any future painting projects and recommend them to friends and family.

We've used Frank's Painting for several drywall finishing, painting and trim projects. Bathroom,…read moreliving room, dining room, kitchen. The finish and attention to detail remained high across every single project. Frank's just completed spackling, skim coating and painting the stair risers to our 2nd floor after we separately ripped out old carpeting and refinished the treads. Frank's also trimmed out areas that were badly pocked from many years of rugs and staple holes. Looks like new, thanks to Alphonso. Every project was neat, completed on schedule and budget. Couldn't be happier, and they're wonderful to work with.
