The service and attention to detail is the opposite of what Ed provided and guarantee he made to customers. I had a large project that I wish I went with another painter for. After pointing out the lack of quality across the work (top of doors not painted, streaking, chipping, primer issues), it was redone but at another significant expense charged by E Booth. Essentially paying twice for quality that was still poor - and should have been done properly the first time. I had to bring a new painter in to complete the job professionally. Cruz, was incredibly helpful in helping me figure out how to touch up my railing with the small amount of paint I had left in the bottom of the can, which was buried under a crust that had formed over the past decades. Accordingly, I was able to complete my touch up without having to buy a quart of new paint, and to finish the job with a minimal amount of work and without having to repaint the entire railing. I received a call from Melissa that they had my order but the only one available was a floor model, which was in high demand given the turbinado bombastic blizzard coming to Long Island. I accepted their offer. She was very helpful then in checking the dimensions of the assembled snowblower and assuring me it would fit into my hatchback. Upon pickup I was showered with fantastic customer service. Not only was I greeted by the same person on the phone, I was given a quick demo and checklist of inventory, including batteries and charger.
