When you live in Randolph County's outskirts, you become accustom to eating decent food, but still having good service. Don't go here expecting either of those. When we arrived to the restaurant, there were only two other families inside. That should've been a sign as to what we should expect. The one waitress struggled to maintain the three tables with people. Drinks were not refilled in a timely fashion, even after the other tables left and we were the only ones left. Our waitress was trying to complete other cleaning tasks instead of checking on the tables. The food was subpar. The pizza was decent, but the pasta with Alfredo sauce tasted like it was from a jar. The wings were cooked well, but the hot sauce was awful, so we tried teriyaki, and that seemed like it was dumped straight from the Kikoman's bottle. The ranch was the best option. The inside of the restaurant is a mixture of booths and tables. There is a single stall restroom for both the men and the women. It is on the hallway on the right side of the restaurant with a slight ramp to get to the restroom area. I am thankful that I do not have to come to this town often because there are limited options on where to eat. And this should not be your top choice. read more

We ordered a build your own Alfredo pasta, stuffed shells with meat sauce, and 12 buffalo wings. Each entree came with a salad which was beautiful and delicious! The entrees themselves were very tasty. My only complaint about the food itself was that the BYO was lacking in actual pasta, but had plenty of toppings and chicken. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious! We ordered this through DoorDash, it did take longer than expected but the food showed up hot and well cooked so I don't mind that. Went there Sunday with best friend was surprised the food 100% out did Olive Garden, Shrimp Alfredo big shrimp, creamy home made sauce , the bread and salad, could not come up with enough wonderful words and price was good also. Yup! 5 STARS. Even my husband likes Soparano's pizza, and he is so fussy about PIZZA! He's always trying to find pizza like Ray's Pizza in NYC. This is different than Ray's but it's perfectly cooked, lite, tender and crisp crust, good sauce flavor and quality toppings. At our house we all like this pizza, that's saying something. Updating my review. I took my mother there yesterday and was underwhelmed. We just wanted a light lunch so we ordered the bruschetta and some wings. The wings were good, but didn't come with celery sticks (I had to request them). The bruschetta was a huge disappointment. The bread was smothered with garlic butter and very little tomato mixture. We had to ask for more of the tomato mixture because without it, we basically had garlic bread with some cheese thrown on it. Had to flag waitress down for a refill of my drink. It was 12:45 on a Saturday afternoon, but we were the only customers in the building. Maybe we missed the lunch crowd or maybe the food is missing the mark lately. read more

A-Ok for being the closest pizzeria from where we live here in Randleman. We moved here the end of February and we have ordered takeout from Soprano's almost every Friday because Friday is always our family's pizza night. We have ordered a variety of items from the menu including pizza, calzones, chicken Parmesan, wings, salads and various appetizers. My kids absolutely love the plain cheese pizza; never any complaints and it is always cooked well. One of our other favorites is a white pizza with sausage (I believe it is formally called a four cheese pizza and we just order it without sauce and add toppings to it) because of a tomato allergy, and that pizza is always very delicious. We have ordered various appetizers including the garlic bread with cheese, wings, boneless wings and mozzarella sticks; we enjoy them all especially the boneless buffalo wings with blue cheese (double check your dipping sauces because sometimes we receive ranch instead of blue cheese dressing). The garlic bread with cheese is just OK...nice flavor however it doesn't really travel that well and by the time it gets here it's kind of "cardboardy". My husband loves the chicken Parmesan and the calzone with mushrooms and sausage. The boneless wings with blue cheese is definitely my favorite and helps open up your sinuses during allergy season ha ha which is great with all the torrential pollen around here. I wish their regular side salad was a little more substantial, it is literally lettuce, couple pieces of raw white onion and a couple pieces of tomato; for a couple bucks I think a side salad should at least be hearty with lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber and maybe some cheddar & croutons; just my opinion and if it came like that I would order one every week. All in all, we do enjoy and look forward to Soprano's weekly. They are pleasant behind the counter and we will continue to order out. Thank you! read more

At the risk of getting whacked, I'm going to have to say I don't like it. The cheese steak hoagie was okay. I would have liked a choice of cheese whiz, or a choice of "with" (grilled onions), but no. The waitress was perfectly clueless, and wasn't sure of the cheese options. I ended up with provolone, which is fine. Had to ask for ketchup and mustard twice. I was denied Mayo 3 times. The pizza was doughy and bland. On the bright side, decent bread and meat, served hot and fresh. And the waitress was sweet. Bless her heart... A separate occasion, ordered a to-go cheese Stromboli because of a vegetarian diet, and the Stromboli came FULL of at least 3 types of meat. To top it off, not only was I told it would take 25 minutes for a replacement to be made, but was told the cook didn't believe me that the order was wrong, and that I needed to bring it back to the restaurant for him to see......... When I arrived, there was only one other table being waited on, so they were not busy at all. First of all, I've been eating Soprano's food for years, as they are one of only 2 restaurants in town that deliver. Some of the food is amazing, others, not so much. The pizza is usually fantastic, although I've had a few that weren't cut very well. The seafood alfredo used to be my favorite, until they started skimping on the seafood. The last time I ordered it, in July of this year, there were 3 shrimp and 2 scallops in the alfredo. Their salads are premade and refrigerated. The garlic bread is a joke. Their stromboli is amazing. My biggest issue is the people who take your order when you order delivery. 9 times out of 10, when my order arrives, either something is wrong, or something is missing because the person who took the order got it wrong. Once my mother ordered dinner for everyone, including dessert. 2 pieces of cheesecake and 1 piece of tuxedo cake. When the order arrived, the tuxedo cake was missing, even though she had paid for it. When my mother called them about the missing cake, the manager was extremely rude, insisting that she hadn't ordered the cake and that she hadn't paid for it. In the end they refused to honor the purchase, and she paid for another piece of cake. All in all, some days the service and food are great, other days it's not. read more
