Another school day, another Grubhub order. I was overwhelmed with the choices available on the knee but ended up going the chicken Caesar wrap. Wow! Such a huge wrap and delish too. I added onions and tomatoes - a great addition. I also ordered a side salad with creamy Italian dressing. LOVED the cream Italian!!!! I may order a full sized salad next time just for the dressing lol. My coworkers ordered a burger and it was just okay. The bread was dry and the patty was thin. Found this place on a whim while coming back from visiting Greensboro. Wasn't too much in the area, so took a chance with this one despite some not so great reviews. It's very small inside ( especially during to the fact they have an ice cream cooler), and the tables/chairs could use some updating. We ordered the kids spaghetti (a massive portion), chicken Alfredo, and their supreme version pizza. The food was excellent! I love pizza, and have had some of the very best and worst. I have to say their pizza is a solid 7.5/10. The prices for the portions received were excellent. The service is just okay and our drinks were wrong a couple of times. Food is good I love the grilled chicken wraps and Strombolis. Have been eating here for years!

Service was excellent and the steak and cheese sandwich sub was great along with fries. only couple of complaints are in the handling of food and utensil. 1. waitresses don't wear hair nets when scooping out ice cream, heads with long hair hanging over the ice cream. 2. waitress stepping out side to smoke then coming back inside not washing hands. 3. waitress handling the tops of the rims of drink glasses where lips will make contact. (why I use a straw) 4. waitress seen rolling utensils into Napkins, blowing on each fork and knife then polishing the utensil with a rag and placing in the napkin. Not sure what goes on behind the kitchen doors, I can only imagine. read more

Me and the kid had the Capris pizza, which is basically the works, and my wife had the calzone. Both were pretty good. I really liked the sauce - sweet but not overpowering. The crust was a litte overdone for me, but not burned. The free garlic knots were on point - saturated with butter and garlic the way I like. That boosted them from a 3 to a 4. The service was fine. I am very disappointed today. I had the worst experience. this place has went downhill and it used to be one of my favorites restaurants in Thomasville .This establishment is one of the worst I've been to in a long time. The waitresses was not welcoming at all. I went in there today with my family we sat down to a dirty table. When we asked to get it cleaned The waitress just looked at us with aggravation and rolled her eyes giving me dirty looks as they're walking back to get a rag. We ordered a spaghetti and the tomato sauce and it was so spoiled and sour that they had to make us a new one which tasted exactly the same. They didn't even offer to take it off our check ,they made us feel like we were interrupting their day. This was my first experience with this place, first of all they don't even deserve 1 star. I rarely have to give bad reviews. Anyways it's not a place I will ever go to again. There are few times when I have received such terrible service and had the manager on duty unwilling to take responsibility. Four tables received their orders and were eating while we waited 30mimutes for our food.They came in after us. When I spoke to the manager, His reply was they were busy and doing orders in order. I told him it was not true as I watched the other tables served who came in after us. Used to be a decent little place but now this place is infuriating. I guess a new owner took over several years ago and now there's new staff every time I visit so management must treat their employees poorly. Because of the new employees, mistakes get made often. Most people understand how tight restaurant costs can be but when a place wants to charge for condiments they're doing it wrong. I'm dropping $20 on a sandwich and salad, extra for another ketchup packet or two, and I get home to find an appetizer instead of dinner. Their food is good, usually fresh, and delivered fast as lightning (if requested) but most of the menu is child's portion sized. This place should look at their costs (they're not spending it on decor or the front house help) and find a way to give the customers what they're paying for. Running a special on mediocre pizza doesn't make up for the rest of the menu. read more

Came in for lunch. Very extensive menu from wings, hot subs, which I had the chicken parmigiana sub and it was very good. They also have your traditional Italian foods such as pasta and pizza. I had wings delivered last night after eating the wings my entire family woke up hours later with food poison Two had to go tor Urgent care where food poisoning was confirmed. Definitely not the best, but sometimes it takes care of the hunger. This night in particular... Horrible!!! Service, horrible. Wait time, horrible. Taste, horrible. Our appetizer came out at same time as our meal. Our meals were all bland or over cooked. My 5 year old sons meal came out 10mins after all the other meals. I have eaten at this place for many years. I have to say they offer some of the best customer service and food in town. Their wings and steak subs are the best I've ever had. First of all the restaurant is nasty and run down looking on the inside and out. The tables had this nasty sticky feeling. From the start when I was served the nastiest tea I have ever had, I knew it was not going to be good. This place has the most unprofessional, untrained wait staff. We waited an unreasonable amount of time on the food, to the point we were ready to leave without eating and the food was just ok, definitely not worth the wait.
