We went with a group of toddlers / elementary age children and the pretty atmosphere, branded hair ties, and lollipops made them feel at ease. They loved being able to look at the display case of earrings, placing the samples on their ears, and choosing their new jewelry. We worked with one nurse in particular and she was absolutely patient and wonderful. The other one was not particularly customer oriented, but she got the job done. Crying was minimal and we were all pleased with the results. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and aftercare instructions were great.
