When you come to him with just a glimmer of an idea he turns it into more than a reality but a fantasy beyond what you could have imagined. When I walked into my wedding ceremony setting he showed me the most beautiful display of flowers my eyes have ever seen. Every flower was placed in perfect position, no spot was missed in color and detail. I wanted a rainbow of color including purple, blue, red, green, yellow and orange! He made all of this happen and more. Not only did he create every different centerpiece as its own masterpiece, but in these he included eggplant, kiwi, wheatgrass and numerous colors and texture use, was beyond words. Cant tell you how lucky I am to have had Floral Concept be a part of my wedding day! I look forward to using them again in the future! They truly were able to capture the feeling that my husband and I were looking for to both represent us in starting our new life together! Thank You Bobbe and Todd!

This florist is the biggest nightmare ever. Bobbe will say anything to get your business but it…read moredoesn't mean that he will do it. Beware of lairs: Bobbe and his partner appeared to be a extremely friendly gay couple when they approached us to get the business. But as soon as they get paid, their attitude turned 180 degrees. Bobbe lied to us and promised many things to get us to sign a contract with him. After he received our payment, he became completely unresponsive even when I tried many times to reach him during the three stressful days before the wedding. (Oh wait he did send one short text message at 1:30am the night before the wedding...!) On the wedding day we had many surprises from Bobbe -- not in a good way. Things turned out completely different from what he agreed to. He did not gave me the promised flowers in the fountain. The amount of decorating flowers were a lot less than he promised. I asked for branches and flowers but no green leaves for the gazebo (ceremony site) but when I got there on the wedding date, it was full of green leaves. Worst of all, he replaced the candles with electric light bulbs. It looked so cheap!!! I spent $60K for this 80 people wedding but yet I got this electric light bulb candles?! The white flowers on my bouquet turned yellow and dry when I received it prior to the ceremony. The flowers he gave me for my head piece turned yellow too. He didn't even have the guts to show up on person to do the event (which he said he would) but asked his partner Todd instead. He completely ruined my wedding and I cannot think of anyone who should consider their services. I spoke with the venue afterwards and they told us they had heard similar complaints about this florist. If you have any questions after reading this review, please feel free to reach out to me by sending me a message through yelp. I can show you the pictures of the "great work" from the florist and provide the full correspondence.

I got married October 16, 2021. Our ceremony and venue were in different locations and one of our…read moreconcerns was that we needed someone at the venue to set up and get everything ready while we were having our ceremony almost 1.5 hours away. We wanted all our family present at the ceremony and therefore we had no one else we would trust to take this on... we therefore decided we needed a day of coordinator. Hiring Ms. Day-Of was the BEST decision! Maury went above and beyond. She was very communicative and flexible with calls and meetings and she worked with me in the months leading up to my wedding day planning the timeline and contacting my vendors. When it came to the day of, she took care of everything! Not only did she set up all the tables and decorations, as I had envisioned it, but also coordinated with all our vendors, kept us on schedule, helped guide and facilitate getting guests from the cocktail hour to the dinner and helped clean up and make sure all of our gifts and personal items were safe and put away for when we were ready to leave that night. She was very professional and she made a great impression with our guests. We actually received great feedback from family, guests, and other vendors, who interacted with her, on what an amazing job she was doing.  We can't thank her enough for doing such an amazing job in relieving that stress and allowing us to enjoy our beautiful wedding to the fullest!

The night went so smoothly as well and she made sure to keep us on a timeline that we had previously worked on together. She attended the rehearsal dinner as well to get to meet our families and explain the timeline to them. Overall amazing experience and made our wedding day so much less stressful, which allowed us to truly enjoy with our family and friends. 10/10 would recommend for your special event!

Hiring Lauren as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made during the whole planning…read moreprocess! She was extremely communicative, helpful, honest, and proactive - and helped make our vision a reality. We planned our whole wedding, but also work several jobs and live out of state. So at times, it was challenging to stick to our timeline and keep track of all the moving pieces. Here are the qualities we experienced with Lauren, and I'm confident you'd get the same: PROACTIVE: We shared our planning document with Lauren early on, and she was so great about jumping in and providing recommendations, asking questions we hadn't thought of, and reminding us to do things before it was too late. We had a list of "items we need" and Lauren went so far as to lend us some things she had, search Craigslist/Offer Up/ Etsy to make suggestions, and even went out of her way to pick up some decor for us from a vendor in CA since we were out of state. HELPFUL: Lauren helped us navigate how to get our marriage license and sent us a very detailed email with all the specifics. These little things REALLY add up when you're running 100 miles per hour with your job, planning, family stuff, etc. COMMUNICATIVE: Lauren took the initiative to reach out to all of our other vendors to check in with them, answer questions, provide information and make sure they had what they needed. Towards the end, she also took over communication with our venue on our behalf, which was a weight off my shoulders because they kept forgetting things I had told them! It was nice to have her as the middle-woman. By the time we actually got to the wedding, Lauren was so familiar with our vision and plan that everything was flawless!! ACTION-ORIENTED: I had intended to be much more involved on the day with helping get set up - but I didn't get a single thing done on my to-do list because everyone was talking to us / asking how to help / etc etc - it was so overwhelming but I knew that I could comfortably go upstairs to get ready with the girls and Lauren would have it handled. By the time we walked out for the ceremony, everything was STUNNING. Lauren helped set up the table decor, all the signage, the florals, etc. I had so many family and guests say what a hard worker her and her husband (who showed up to give an extra set of hands) are. I have to admit, I really had to convince my husband (and other family members involved in the wedding) that we even needed a coordinator and to make space for it in the budget. Given that we were planning it all and had so much help, it was difficult to convince some people. We were hesitant at first since every other vendor was a friend or acquaintance and we weren't sure we needed a coordinator. And for all the people who were skeptical about hiring a coordinator, they all understood what a necessary role they plays when they saw Lauren and her husband in action. For anyone in a similar situation: DON'T SKIP OUT ON IT. Having someone that is not directly involved with your guests is essential in getting stuff done. From the planning to having someone give a non-biased perspective, to all the help setting up, breaking down, and making sure guests knew where to go and what to do - the day wouldn't have been the same without Fancy Fern Events. She will allow you to sit back and enjoy your special day with all our closest friends and family, without worrying about a thing! I feel like I've known Lauren for a long time and have developed a friendship I am sure will last far beyond this day. The cherry on the cake was her thoughtfulness after all the festivities - a personal note and gift, and helping us to sell all the items from our wedding. Thank you, Lauren and Fancy Fern Events for going above and beyond to make our wedding magical!

I just got married and I love my husband very much but throughout the whole wedding process, I…read moremight have loved Amelia more. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without her. I could not have asked for a more amazing wedding coordinator. I think every email I sent her included a, "THANK YOU SO MUCH AMELIA." line. She probably got tired of reading it. She emailed me constantly with updated PDF files of all my vendors, of my entourage, and the timelines. She would keep me updated on who she had contacted and ran everything through me. She had a whole folder dedicated to our wedding. Amelia made sure my wedding of 300, mostly Spanish speaking, people ran smoothly. She never once complained. Even when I freaked out about our wedding site requiring all of our guests to have their wedding invites to be allowed inside TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING. Immediately she came up with a million different ideas on how my guests would not have any issues upon arrival. The day of the wedding she had 4-5 additional people working for her and when we found out that WE were the ones who were supposed to put away the ceremony chairs, she got her husband and her helpers to help pick them up even though neither of us knew that was required. AND if that's not good enough (which it should be), Amelia did all of our floral arrangements (for the ceremony AND reception), all the bouquets, boutonnieres, and mom corsages. I got compliments on the flowers the whole night and when I pointed out who did it they were amazed. Ladies and Gentlemen if you thought Lynda Carter was Wonder Woman you thought wrong. Her name is Amelia and she can do it all.

She was very conscious of and in tune with our needs, and the best thing was that we didn't have to worry about a thing. As far as we know, everything was perfect! We had a meeting and a few calls to go over the schedule and details. Summer picked up all of the reception items including the place cards, guest book, and wedding favors during the week of the ceremony - so we didn't even have to think about it. She went to the venue a couple of weeks prior to get the lay of the land and to introduce herself to the staff. All questions were asked and answered beforehand, so on the day of, she just handled everything. She set everything up, and made sure guests knew where to go and what to do. She checked in with us throughout the evening and helped us grab people for photos, cake cutting, etc. And she handled all of our clean-up as well! We must admit that we were not originally planning on having a coordinator, but we are so glad that we did. Because of Summer, we were able to relax and enjoy the reception, and focus on spending time with our family and friends. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. She far exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend her to anyone that wants someone reliable, helpful and kind!
