During the visit, it became clear that Dr. Takeda was unable or unwilling to help with my medication, which ultimately made the appointment unproductive for the issue I was seeking help with due to my pcp being gone for 4 weeks. What I found frustrating was that this was not communicated before the appointment or at the beginning of the appointment. Had I known that the medication could not be addressed during the visit, I could have explored other options sooner. I was later informed that other providers within the practice may have been able to assist, but this information was not provided until after significant discussion. The office staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. My concern is with the coordination of care and communication regarding medication when a primary physician is unavailable for 4 weeks. Patients should have clear guidance about available options and continuity of care, especially when appointments are scheduled for a specific purpose and half of the providers are only working 3 days a week.

After only a few minutes with us, the doctor stepped out to take a personal call that lasted 10-15 minutes. He never returned, and we eventually left. When I later spoke with Sherri at the front desk, she was dismissive and gaslit my concerns instead of taking responsibility or showing care about why we left. No one from the office ever followed up. The lack of professionalism and compassion at this office is unacceptable. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking quality care. Does not even deserve a 1 star.

I'm in my late 20s and have been dealing with some skin issues, but honestly, I hadn't been to a primary care doctor in years. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect--especially as someone on Medi-Cal, since past experiences haven't always been great. From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming and not overly clinical or cold. The staff were kind and professional, which helped ease my anxiety right away. The space itself has a cozy, comforting vibe that makes a big difference when you're already feeling vulnerable. Dr. Vesco is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has years of experience, but what stood out the most was how genuinely kind and easy to talk to he was. He took my concerns seriously and made me feel respected and heard--something I sadly haven't always felt in the healthcare system. I left the appointment feeling hopeful, which is not something I expected going in. I'm actually looking forward to getting regular care now, which is a first for me. If you're looking for a doctor who truly cares and treats you like a person--not just a chart--I highly recommend Dr. Vesco.

Now there is gastrointestinal bleeding and vaginal bleeding in the elderly who take longer to process the effects of medication changes like Xanex and Norco! And the nurse went ahead on the doctors authority even when the patient understood and had asked not to be medicated that way. And the more immediate side effects kept the nurses on duty to not come and help the patient get moving again. With this kind of treatment only your own duty nurse can take matters about your decided, figuring your own small adjustments with medications changes and what is less invasive especially when a hospital has started a new concierge - Los Robles Hospital Concierge for Celebrities like treatment rehabilitation for Xanex and other things and they have not shown the proper precautions prescribing Xanex and Norco under Dr. Wasser!

He was there throughout my moms care back in 2013 but unfortunately she passed away. Dr. McNicoll found a spot on my dads lung during a routine visit, and ultimately was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2018 and was treated, however it came back with a vengeance a year later. My dad was hospitalized three times from the first week in September until he passed 6 weeks later and Dr. McNicoll never once went to the hospital to see him. Not once in the three separate hospital admissions. The hospital where my dad was is located directly across the street from Dr. McNicoll's office. Everyday I went to see my dad, I would ask the nurse if Dr. McNicoll had been in to see him and they always said no, I asked the attending physician if he had been in to see him and they told me he had been contacted but hasn't been in. He was my dads physician all these years and he never once went to see him. I work in healthcare and I have never known a primary care physician to not see their patient who has been admitted to the hospital.
