Thankfully I've been healthy so I've only seen her for my annual physicals, but she has been so kind and attentive and understanding and reassuring which is so important in building a relationship with a physician. I've felt so comfortable with her and was so glad to have finally found a physician to have a good relationship with and that I could trust if any health issues ever arise. ...And then I just received "THE LETTER" that we all dread receiving. That she is going concierge. So now in order to remain her patient, I would have to pay an astronomical retainer fee out of pocket, along with my insurance being billed and any deductibles paid, etc. for my visits. *sigh* So for all of you who can afford the retainer I'm sure she'll be a great physician for you.
