I'm from San Francisco and they charge her insurance. They would never asked those that are financially strapped to put out that kind of money for a short visit. And then there was no follow-up. When I called I was blowing off by a man that answered the phone that didn't sound very experienced. He didn't know what he was talking about. He was kind of rude. It was a huge turn off. And I never really got the answers that I was looking for. He told me absolutely nothing. I got a prescription and that was it. No detailed description of what they found in my blood work. That was also strange. In every other circumstance where I saw a doctor they would sit down with me and talk me through it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They lack compassion and empathy, follow through, and charge way too much for what they do. Also I did notice that they double dipped. They charged me out of my own pocket but then also charge my insurance company. So they're not ethical as well. Thankfully I'm doing okay and I won't need to see them again. But I put the word out. I think other people need to be warned. I also noticed from other reviews that if you say anything negative about them they come on here and they lie. That's not okay. They're trying to intimidate people. That should also be a big turn off to those looking for a doctor.
