I am glad I waited and got a chance to meet with Dr. J. He is very friendly and willing to answer all questions. He'd do whatever is the best for patients, instead of just prescribing whole bunch of medications that are unnecessary. He is very busy but when he's with you, he is 100% with you. Peace of mind that your well being and health is in great hands is invaluable, and being with Dr Krumian's office gives our family that peace of mind. He's always extremely thorough and tests for blood work most places wouldn't. He encourages overall wellness not just testing for sickness. I called back to make the appointment myself and the receptionist said "your a new patient so I don't have to put up with this crap. Go elsewhere!" And hung up on me. I'm disgusted that someone who works for a reputable doctor could be so irrational, insensitive, volatile and down right nasty to anyone let alone a person who needs medical attention. My disease flares up when I'm emotionally distressed so thanks to this nut job, I'll be stuck in bed until further notice. I beg this practice to keep this woman off the phone because she is costing you money and just damaged your reputation forever in my eyes. I'll stick with the real professionals at Cedars and UCLA from now on.

We tend to make afternoon appointments, because I work full time, and it's less invasive to my work obligations. Yesterday they were running behind, which became understandable once we were called into an exam room. They have a new EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system, aided by AI, which means that the system handles a lot of the record logging, giving the doctor more time to focus on discussions with the patients, plus the physical exam. As this is new for them, there were a few minor glitches. I could tell how excited Dr. A is for this new development. Given how many patients he sees each day, an effective new tool should be very helpful to him. I appreciate the information he shared about options for medications for a condition I have to manage. Our son wasn't feeling great and kept tugging…read moreat his ears so we decided to take him to see Dr. Rezai since his normal ped didn't have any availability. We were able to get in quickly within 30 minutes of calling the clinic! The clinic is NICE! Everything is brand new and so well designed. It's not your typical medical clinic that's plain walls and cold. There's beautiful artwork (I wish I had gotten a picture) and every room has a screen that will show you X-rays, etc. Dr. Rezai and his assistant were great. His assistant took our son's vitals (even with him squirming everywhere). Dr. Rezai came in shortly after and lo and behold, he had a double ear infection. Dr. Rezai called in a prescription and we were able to pick it up right after we left the clinic. We will definitely be back again next time we need to see a doctor!
