Ever since I switched to Dr. Sadeghi due to insurance changes a few years ago (and a not-so-caring doctor) I have been well taken care of. I had a double lung transplant when I was a baby so I take a lot of medications and it's important that my levels of my medications and other things are stable. She takes her time to go over my results from my blood test with me and helps me understand what is going on and what changes need to be made, if any. She not only gives quality care and offers certain procedures or advice to better your life, but she truly shows that she cares about you. She is highly educated and advises to do preventative care measures to not only know your normal levels and baseline of your health, but can detect abnormalities early before you come into the doctor not feeling well. She truly wants the best for you and that's why I love that she is my primary care doctor. read more

I did not have the best experience with this place. Doctor Sadeghi is a medical family doctor with an on-site skincare practice by a licensed Esthetician, who is also an office manager. Upon my annual physical, they began promoting their skin products which I have never experienced at an annual medical check up before. I was totally on board though, and signed up for their products and facial services over the next 6 months which were overall comparable with products on the market, but the only issue is the high expense, and the fact they double charged part of my facial expenses within my medical side of expenses. I called the biller to go over each line item and thankfully identified the double charge. It seems to be an honest mistake but it feels strange that a professional medical business would make such a mistake. I also needed a mole removal and had previously already made an appointment with a specialized skincare doctor in Thousand Oaks to surgically remove it in one visit, but Simi Care convinced me to have it removed here by nitrogen freezing. They said it would not scar. It scarred. And after multiple appointments to freeze the mole, it still was not totally removed and the bill was just getting higher and higher. So, I finally stopped the procedure and went to the skincare specialist in Thousand Oaks like I was planning on to begin with, and they took care of it in one appointment with a less than 40 second surgical removal and 1/3 of the price and I was on my way! I do regret not going to the skin care specialist to begin with. However, Simicare has a wonderful group of people and perhaps my experience was just very specific and niche, but through my 6-month experience I was regrettably dissatisfied. read more

Dr. Sadeghi is great and I've never had an issue with her. Her care has been on point in the year that she's been my primary care provider. Unfortunately I can't say the same for her staff. It's been hit or miss with them. I don't like receiving bills in the mail, sometimes 6 months later when I don't recall what they're for, as in the case of a recent bill which was a $50 no-show fee. When I called to clear up the issue, the receptionist, whom I won't name, for now, was curt and less than kind and accommodating. She sounded like I was bothering her instead of being apologetic for the incorrect charge and inconvenience to me, which In actuality, is the reality in the world that we live in. Perhaps she doesn't like her job in which case she should quit instead of being rude and condescending to paying customers/patients. Entitlement reeks in any field or arena regardless if it's in a doctor's office. You're not the doctor, miss... and even doctor's should adhere to common decency. I love Dr. Sadeghi and the other ladies at SimiCare Medical Group. They are so caring and treat me like family. What more could you ask for? It's nice to actually have a medical doctor and staff that cares how you are actually feeling. Dr. Sadeghi and others do not merely just check off the boxes because you're just "another patient." She treats you like you are the only patient she has seen that day. And when you don't feel well or feel anxious, there's no better feeling. I moved from LA County and was happy to find Dr. Sadeghi. Dr. Sadeghi is the best ever! People may thing I'm exaggerating but she actually listens, which is something that I hadn't ever encountered in a primary care doctor ever. She managed within a few visits to get me the help I had needed and wasn't receiving from my previous doctor. She's caring, she doesn't ignore you, she's good with my kids. Loved Dr. Mojgan. Went in for a hydra facial MD. The procedure was done by Marjonay (aesthetician) and she was wonderful and informative. I loved how Dr. Mojgan came in to introduce herself and asked what my skin goals were. I explained my frustrations and she was the most caring and informative skin Dr. I've met by far. Marjonay's bedside manners were amazing as well. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Can't wait for my next hydra facial MD and laser treatments with these wonderful professionals. read more

After seeing more than a few doctors, I finally found a loving, caring, knowledgable, physician who cares about me as a person, not as a number. Dr. Sadeghi is attentive and is very personable with me and my family. I chose to send my children to Dr. Sadeghi as opposed to a pediatrician because she is a family medicine Doctor. She has been the best primary physician! I never feel stupid or pressured, and my concerns are validated. The staff treats us like we are family. They are attentive and give a personal touch always! It is a good feeling to feel warmth when you go to see your doctor whether you are having a good day or a bad day, feeling under the weather or not. This doctor/office is my primary care doctor currently. I am 31 weeks pregnant and need to get a tDap shot per my ob/gyn's recommendation. I called to set this up with my primary care doctor because that's what I was told would be the easiest/cheapest way. Because I haven't seen them yet they state they need to establish me as a patient first and the first appointment to do that is about a month out, just to get a simple shot. I'd rather not risk waiting too late to get the shot so I'll pay CVS out of pocket for it today. It's not worth the hassle and the rudeness from this place. I'm sure the actual doctor may be great. Try to hire someone more polite to answer the phone. read more

I went to Dr. Sadeghi for several resurfacing and IPL treatments. Every visit she made the necessary adjustments to make sure I got the best results from the procedure. She was always professional, explained the process to me and did an amazing job. My skin looks smoother, healthily and plumper. My dark spots have all but disappeared. I started seeing Sadeghi when she was at her former practice and I didn't hesitate to follow her when she opened her own. She is by far the BEST general physician I have ever seen. She's personable, thorough, friendly and I feel like she's part of my family. She always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff at her office are just as great too. I love coming here. I also got my husband to come here and he feels the same. She's a fabulous doctor and I will never leave her as long as I can! Another plus is she is located in the medical offices off Madera - so there are a lot of other specialty docs all there too.
