Because of that none of the agents here in Hawaii wanted to deal with me, because I didn't have the money to pay the penalty, I was just going to abandon my shipment. After reaching out, they are unwilling to refund the money to settle the correct form of payment. Shady business practices and extremely rude on the phone with my wife.
