The gentleman (sorry, I forgot to get his name), met us at the door when I called to confirm where we were supposed to go, and had us wait in the lobby as we had arrived early. I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! I still go here to drop off my Amazon packages, but I have to say that now that the owner isn't at the store any longer, customer service has definitely declined. Nonetheless, they still do give you a receipt when returning your Amazon package and it can definitely be worse.
