No voicemail was left. I am a medi-cal patient. $50 is a lot for me to pay all for a "missed appointment" that I was not informed about. I was told to send a letter stating what I am stating here and got no response. Just a recurring reminder in the mail. Will not recommend this place.

Even if I was a man - to me yelled at, told I don't understand anything, or lectured saying that my medical history doesn't matter is not appropriate. I have never felt more disrespected by a doctor. I see many negative reviews talking about the front desk staff but I have to say the women up front were more kind than that man ever was. They answered my questions and helped me understand a lot more than he even gave an effort to. After having Dr. Thomas tell me that I was simply allergic to "the city of Long Beach" and I would forever have the issues that I came to him with (strep throat lol), this other ENT recommended a tonsillectomy. After having my tonsils removed it was discovered that I had a large infection attached to one of them which is why I had the recurring issues. Not "allergies".

Yet I had an appointment with Eric ordered a hearing aid over a month ago. So I have been waiting for my aid. Several calls and several messages left where ignored. And when I call I would get a weird phone response it would just hang up on me. I am very sad n disappointed as I've usually been treated better. And I am now am faced with looking for another provider that doesn't ignore me.
