No help worse experience with Kia. I've own a Kia for 10+ years.

ZERO STARS !! I wish I could give zero stars, but I came in at 5:30 getting off work on a Friday I get it. I thought they would be busy not telling me they close in 30 minutes and they can't do my oil change. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there because customer service is terrible. No one had a solution to a problem that would've took 30 minutes for them to complete. But I will tell all my fellow Kia driving to drive to morrow or Macon and not this location ever!!

They provided this quote. This is not from TrueCar. This is what they sent to me. The manager only keeps saying that he has to charge more.

DO NOT EVER GO OR TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They provide a quote & a confirmation that they have the vehicle, but when you get there after an hour of the confirmation, they will say that the car is already sold & they will not honour the quote they provided. The general manager will just keep saying that they will have to charge the dealership fee on top of the quote they provided. Because the price was good, I had to drive more than an hour to get there. Of course, I made sure that the car is available and the price is right before I left my house. THEY LIE!!!! Even if I put some deposit for a car, how can you trust them if they will not upcharge when the delivery happens? JUST DON'T GO THERE!! FULL OF SCAM!!

I'm highly pleased with the level of sales and service I received on my new car purchase. This is the place to go if you are looking for a new car. I have to say that they took very good care of me and they went above and beyond to gain my business and that I was very satisfied at the end. My sales person Evon Hinds made sure he was able to get my deal taken care no matter what. He was absolutely the best salesman ever, very knowledgeable and quick with the best buying experience. I must say that I will most definitely will recommend others to come and purchase a vehicle from here if you like Kia cars. Overall my experience was great. I bought a car, and the sales team members I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood. They did not do any haggling and told me the truth about everything. Sons Kia is not the closest Kia dealership to me, but it was worth traveling the distance to make my purchase. Went in knowing what car I wanted, left with the car I really loved it. Only been driving it now for about three months and haven't had any further contact with the dealership yet other than just having my first oil change and free inspection. Everyone was very nice and I would recommend checking them out.

Texts from Antawan concerning my car. Nothing but lies when I showed up.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst car experience I have ever had. Antawan needs to be fired. He is nothing more than a liar. He said my car would be diagnosed first thing Friday morning if I dropped it off on Thursday. I did just that. So Friday I hear nothing. I text and he says his tech is diagnosing it. He would let me know. I hear nothing. I show up on Saturday. He says the tech is out but he will have answers on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. I text twice on Tuesday. No response. I call and get Stella the bot. I decide to call sales and get a human. They connect me with the service department but no one answers. I show up. Ricky the manager starts talking about no techs. I ask for a loaner since the delay and lies are on their part. He says they don't do loaners or rentals. Come to find out Antuwan was a liar. They never even started looking at my car. It was in a lot off to the side of the building. So even after all of this, I asked Ricky for a shuttle and he said they didn't have one. Like after all the lies and the fact I paid for a rental when no one was even fixing my car, the least he could have done was given me a ride to return to get my car. I wouldn't take a bicycle to son's kia.

They tried to tell us it wasn't transmission fluid....

I purchased a new car at Sons and it has turned into the worst decision ever. Do yourself a favor and drive to another dealership.

To sum my feelings, I definitely plan to come back for my next vehicle when we pass down the Niro to the kid.

First, I have to start by saying I was unaware of the 2 separate facilities. One where appointments…read moreare scheduled and the other first come first served. When I placed my call, I was directed to the latter. So, I took my vehicle in early on the morning of Tuesday, 14 March, for a tune up and AC repair. I was told that the repair person did not report in until 10am and offered a ride to my home which I accepted. The only message I received that day was a text which stated my vehicle was at the facility for repair. When I hadn't heard anything by noon, I called and left a message. No one called me back. So needless to say, my vehicle was not going to be ready on Tuesday. I called repeatedly on Wednesday and was finally told the young lady who had my paperwork was out due to a family emergency and would not return until Friday. The gentleman I spoke with (who was a repair person and was able to find my paperwork on a desk) informed me there was a back log and there were several vehicles before mine. I was not informed of this before I left my vehicle. Had I known, I would not have left it because I only have one vehicle and many daily responsibilities. This was a great inconvenience to me as there were no loaner vehicles available so I had to borrow my neighbors' vehicle. Communication is key. The office should still be able to function irrespective of one person being out. I did not receive any updates until it was almost time to retrieve my vehicle on Friday, 17 March. I did not receive the quality customer care I expected especially for the amount of money I had to pay to get my vehicle repaired. Also, I know my vehicle is in need of inside detailing, but that was no reason for whomever entered it to carelessly dump the contents of my seat gap filler onto the floor in front of the driver's seat and toss it onto the passenger seat. This was not a great experience for me. I am a 32 year veteran of the Armed Forces and I fully expected better.

And use all those psychological tricks. I did get the gap insurance. But I didn't succumb to anything else. I would recommend if you're going to purchase a car and they are very hospitable here.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership that ultimately came down to being…read moreprovided inaccurate information and then having that dismissed as a "miscommunication." Earlier this week, I communicated directly with a sales associate and confirmed a specific price for a vehicle multiple times via text. I was very intentional about clarifying the price to avoid any confusion before making the trip. Based on those confirmations, I left work early to move forward with the purchase. When I arrived, the price presented was not what had been clearly agreed to. I immediately provided screenshots showing the exact price that had been confirmed in writing. Despite this, the dealership did not honor the quoted price. What was most concerning was the response from management. Rather than acknowledging that incorrect information had been provided, the situation was repeatedly described as a "miscommunication" or "confusion." However, when a price is clearly stated, confirmed multiple times, and documented in writing, it is not a misunderstanding--it is simply inaccurate information being given to a customer. I took extra steps to verify everything ahead of time specifically to avoid this situation, yet still ended up wasting time, leaving work unnecessarily, and being presented with different terms upon arrival. Transparency and accountability matter in a purchase of this size. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get all details in writing and be prepared to verify everything again before showing up.

Two other shops looked at the vehicle, including another Nissan and said it wasn't necessary and the other pieces had nothing wrong with them- one shop just couldn't do it because it is a big job. They also charge double for tires. I paid their $170 for the diagnostics and had it towed to another shop who found the same cradle they wanted to charge me 1k for (not aftermarket) for $350, paid $1500 for the hands, $100 for the alignment and half the price for teach tire new! Employees of Nissan, do better. Ask yourself, would you spend 11k on a vehicle that's not even worth 11k? They are money hungry. That's why dealerships have a bad reputation for their services- and if your car is no longer under warranty, don't even bother taking it to them. The other Nissan quoted around 3500 for the job, just an fyi. So it's not even Nissan standard persay, it's just they want to rip people off because they saw out of town plates and figured, hey these people are stuck and need to get their car on the road so let's try to squeeze them for every red cent we can. Do yourself a favor and don't take your car here! There are other Nissan dealerships who stand on principles, this is not one of them.
