When I placed my call, I was directed to the latter. So, I took my vehicle in early on the morning of Tuesday, 14 March, for a tune up and AC repair. I was told that the repair person did not report in until 10am and offered a ride to my home which I accepted. The only message I received that day was a text which stated my vehicle was at the facility for repair. When I hadn't heard anything by noon, I called and left a message. No one called me back. So needless to say, my vehicle was not going to be ready on Tuesday. I called repeatedly on Wednesday and was finally told the young lady who had my paperwork was out due to a family emergency and would not return until Friday. The gentleman I spoke with (who was a repair person and was able to find my paperwork on a desk) informed me there was a back log and there were several vehicles before mine. I was not informed of this before I left my vehicle. Had I known, I would not have left it because I only have one vehicle and many daily responsibilities. This was a great inconvenience to me as there were no loaner vehicles available so I had to borrow my neighbors' vehicle. Communication is key. The office should still be able to function irrespective of one person being out. I did not receive any updates until it was almost time to retrieve my vehicle on Friday, 17 March. I did not receive the quality customer care I expected especially for the amount of money I had to pay to get my vehicle repaired. Also, I know my vehicle is in need of inside detailing, but that was no reason for whomever entered it to carelessly dump the contents of my seat gap filler onto the floor in front of the driver's seat and toss it onto the passenger seat. This was not a great experience for me. I am a 32 year veteran of the Armed Forces and I fully expected better.

She made an appointment for me. Then I told her to transfer me to an actual mechanic to see if the service I needed was possible. He told me that the receptionist never set the appointment and they wouldn't service my car anyway too many miles. One star

I've leased cars my entire life, and no matter how exciting getting a new car is, the dealership experience is usually something I dread -- the hours of waiting, negotiating, back-and-forth, paperwork, etc. This experience was the complete opposite. I texted Milton on Wednesday around 10 AM with exactly what I was looking for, and by today before 5 PM, the car was delivered directly to my place. I never stepped foot in a dealership. I never sat at a negotiation table for hours. It was hands-down the simplest, easiest, and most painless car leasing experience I've ever had. Not only was Milton professional and responsive, but he made the entire process feel effortless and comfortable -- honestly more like leasing a car from a friend than from a dealership. I genuinely cannot say a single negative thing about Milton or the experience. If you're looking for someone who values your time, communicates clearly, and makes the process stress-free, I cannot recommend Milton enough.

He asked if I want coffee and directed me to the coffee station where I met Mr. Alex Clarke indirectly speaking with a previous customer, who he created a very comforting relationship. The customer spoke highly of workmanship. Mr. J. Brown, once we sat at his desk he saw my interest in pre-qualified 2021 Cadillac and my concern with gas, efficiency. He never forced any vehicle but his authenticity, transparency, and knowledge gave me reason to not think about a new vehicle but ultimately caused me to purchase a 2026 Tucson Limited Hybrid. This has been the most impressive car buying experience. There was no haggling or back forth. Mr. Brown presented and argued my case on what I wanted. I am solely happy with my experience and my HOLY GHOST confirmed with an unction that caused me to give praise glory and honor to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
