Took to Toyota dealer for hybrid battery and had them check brakes and rotors. Said brake and rotors were fine and didn't need replacing, instead needed new tires and front end alignment. New tires and alignment fixed the issue. Been going to B&L for 40 years. After change in ownership they were still reputable until they replaced their service team. We won't bring our 4 vehicles to them any longer. The brake and rotor replacement recommendation was a dishonest recommendation. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Horrible!!! I was…read morereferred to Pro Touch Auto by CarShield, and my experience has been a nightmare. My car was towed to their shop and kept for over four months, only to return with new problems they caused, including a gas leak, missing undercarriage, and a turbo cover that was never replaced. I had to bring my car back several times for issues they created. My cover to my engine was left off and the under carriage cover was not place on properly and cause it to drag causing more problems. Despite claiming the work was under warranty, they refuse to honor it and will not return my calls. I have called from other phone numbers and the owner Justin answers and have lied to me several times that he'll get back to me and never does. My car not drivable and has been for months now due to the poor workmanship, missing parts, and total lack of accountability. This has caused me enormous stress, financial hardship, and frustration. I trusted them based on a CarShield referral, and the experience has been completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid Pro Touch Auto in Fayetteville at all costs. I hate that I have to write this review and held back from doing so because I thought that Justin would do the right thing and fix the problem his shop created. I am totally disappointed and wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!!!! Services General repairs & maintenance

I typically go to the dealership for basic oil change and tire rotation because they are faster and have a better discount plan. After the dealership gives me a list of all of the repairs, I then take the list to Service 1st For service. Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop.
