They told me it was the actuator and the repair cost was over $500 dollars. When I asked them did the A/C compressor check out they told me they had not gotten that far. I asked them why you would check out a minor system over a major component. I told them that I would pay the $95.00 diagnostic fee and to have my car ready for pick-up, that's when the diagnostic fee increased to $150.00. I also came to realize that in the repair costs they had slipped in a $70.00 oil change. I ask you, who do you trust?

Someone has to be on drugs the way it looks in there plus I know a Meth head when I see one. They had my car for 4 months. They didn't contact me in 2 months since I brought it there. I had to call them. My car came in with two check engine lights that I wanted repairEd for emission. I have multiple OBD scanners of my own. They are trying to tell me I have problems that I didn't have before they put their hands on it. So 4 months have passed and they tell me they can get me a waiver for emissions wh means they didn't fix the problem. What type of mechanical shop gives waivers for emissions instead of fixing the problem. One that doesn't know what they are doing or just trying to get over on customers. Very unprofessional. One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. Called and the gentleman was nice and had great customer service. He made jokes on the phone, and I felt comfortable going to this place. I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. That part, I'll take onus for. I should've asked. It's a friendly establishment, but jokes don't fix cars. I do not recommend this location.
