The report did not match what the doctor said to me so I made an appointment to go see a breast specialist now there was an issue they would not give me a CD so I could take with me. She had the best bedside manner and explained everything to us to the point where we hardly had any questions. Whatever questions we did have were answered thoroughly. After the appointment, our nerves were calmed as we knew what to expect and were no longer in the dark about what the next steps were. I worked in the medical field for 12 years. I have never encountered a doctor like Dr. Morris. She is what every doctor should strive to be. Absolutely the best experience! I can't forget her office manager, Barbara! She is absolutely amazing--very professional and caring. Made the whole process simple and streamlined.

Terrible Billing Practices & Unprofessional Behavior -- BEWARE!…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Women's Imaging Center and Dr. Morris-Chong's office. We were charged $250 up front for a screening that our insurance, Blue Shield, confirmed was covered 100%. Blue Shield was shocked that this facility charged us the way they did. While billing mistakes can happen, the real problem was how the office handled (or rather, mishandled) the situation. Even after we sent them the official Explanation of Benefits clearly showing full coverage with no copay, they continued to deny the facts, gaslight us, and insist that our insurance required payment. We had to get Blue Shield directly involved, and they confirmed not only that the visit should have cost $0, but that they had already paid the center -- meaning the office attempted to double-dip from both us and the insurance. To make matters worse, trying to get a refund was a nightmare. Front desk staff like Barbara C. dodged calls and gave the runaround, claiming she didn't handle billing and would "talk to the doctor " and that "the person that does billing hasn't been in the office at all". Really? How is that possible? After a few calls someone did eventually email us but that person did not seem knowledgeable with billing practices. After weeks of back-and-forth emails (where we were nothing but professional and polite), they agreed to refund only $160 (they confirmed they were mailing it out July 7th) -- not the full $250. Weeks passed with no check, and when it finally arrived at the end of July, it was for only $90. After that? Total silence. They completely ghosted us. Blue Shield has contacted me to encourage me to file a grievance against this practice as they feel cheated as well since they already paid them long ago and are shocked by the mishandling of their billing with our case. We have full documentation -- emails, call logs, and letters from Blue Shield confirming our position -- and are happy to share them with anyone considering this practice. This isn't about the money; it's about the principle. No patient should be treated like this, especially when already dealing with the stress of a suspicious medical finding. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior from a healthcare provider. Avoid this place at all costs.

She kept telling me couldn't schedule with out my referral. I told her I will gladly have the dr send it over since they wrote it out on a piece of paper for me and I couldn't locate it. After going back and forth for like 20minuted she FINALLY scheduled for almost a month out. I told her I really need to get in due to the pain. She told me she would add me to the list and of course never got a call. I reached out to my doctor and they happily sent the referral over..right after I got off the phone. I called back several times and no one answered. By the end of the day I called again and someone else was able to confirm they had everything. She told me she would send me a link to fill out my forms. Very kind woman in comparison to the first. THEY HAVE NOT STOPPED CALLING TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT THAT IS ALREADY SCHEDULED!! THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME TODAY AND MY APPOINTMENT ON 9/30! The right hand doesn't not know what the left hand is doing! So, again, already scheduled and I have numerous calls, emails, text about scheduling... ok A day or two before my appointment I get a confirmation email and text. Mind you my MRI was scheduled for 5:30am and I had to checked in by 5:10am. It is almost a 45 to an hour long drive for me. I get there and check in and the young lady tells me my appointment had been canceled because they didn't have my insurance approval from my doctor. At 5am after all the shenanigans I had already dealt with... I told her there must be a mistake. I have the approval, you guys just sent me a hundred confirmation emails and text.. she then proceeds to tell me that it's canceled but still in the system and that I needed to sign a paper saying that if the insurance doesn't pay them I am liable.. it's 5am! What a bunch of baloney! Ok, then she is searching and doing her thing and thank the god lord and her tenacity to get this done correctly and professionally and I truly appreciate that. After everything she got it done. We checked in, paid, sat down for two minutes and got taken to the back. Did a quick load down on the process. They have a few nice private clean rooms. They smelled good too. You change, put your belongings in the locker, quick 15min. Everyone was so kind, professional. They made it as comfortable as Possible for the MRI.. I am very dissatisfied with my overall experience with RadNet Imaging…read more I originally scheduled my MRI at the Montebello location for July 29 at 10:30 AM. However, due to a power outage, I received a last-minute call informing me that my appointment had to be moved to the Pasadena location. This was extremely inconvenient for me. The Pasadena location is much farther from where I live, and it took me almost an hour to drive there. In addition, my appointment was scheduled for around 6:30 PM or later. I arrived early and noticed that there were no other patients waiting, so I did not understand why my appointment had to be scheduled so late. I had previously asked whether an earlier appointment was available and was told that there was none. I completed my MRI. Before leaving, I specifically asked the staff at the front desk how long it would take for the report to be completed, and I was told approximately 7-10 business days. It has now been two weeks, and my report is still not available. My specialist has already requested that the report be expedited, but there has still been no response or result. I have also personally called to follow up, without any satisfactory resolution. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the scheduling, the inconvenience of being transferred to a much farther location, and especially the delay in receiving my MRI report. Medical imaging results are important for patients who are waiting for their doctors to determine the next step in their treatment. I expected better communication, efficiency, and follow-up from RadNet Imaging.
