These are great!!! I worked with Ely, I waited less than 30 minutes for him to arrive, as he said he would take about the time, and he took his time and was not rushed while helping me. Very kind and professional defiantly someone I would recommend and a number I will keep handy just in case! read more

Great service and great price ! Had a car key done as well as programming an additional remote for my car read more

I needed to make a remote chip key for my car after I lost a copy of the key. Eli was very responsive and did the job for me in half an hour. The price was also very competitive compare to hundred of bucks charged by the dealer. I highly recommend Eli! read more

A+++ will definitely come again. Super helpful and have lots of gadgets to make thing go fast and smoothly.

Very professional on the introduction call. As a technology sales professional, the locksmith asked very good questions and wanted pictures of the issues, before an on-site appointment was made. Communicated expectations, expected on site, details of the issues, was very transparent of the poor work the previous locksmith did for my car that needed a new ignition lock. Within 4 hours, introductory call/negotiation/expectation/solutions and previous historical technical details were discussed. Was very pleased with the high level of professionalism and transparency, the technical engineer, Eli, demonstrated. They are simply the best in Silicon Valley to South County. Character, Competency, and Competitive in pricing! Truly blessed by their service~ read more

Great service! My employees lost our truck keys on the job site. New ignition key made while I waited, only took about 20 minutes and two new keys made! Fast and friendly service, high recommend. read more

I needed a car key programmed and cut. After calling several locksmiths, this one had the best price. He had excellent customer service and was very polite over the phone. Showed up at the time we agreed and began work right away. Took about 30 minutes. Had no problems. He accepts credit cards and was willing to come out later in the evening, which I appreciate. Would recommend. read more

I needed a duplicate key made for my Toyota. I called Sonic mid afternoon and they were able to come out later that day to cut and program a new key. Good price compared to dealership, quick and key works perfectly. Exceeded expectations. read more

Sonic not only has the best prices in town, but the best customer service too! Not once but twice Eli has come to my rescue! Last time my keys were never found but this time it was actually Eli who found them after he had already programmed a new key for me! Being as awesome as he is he didn't even charge me extra to program the newly found key making me feel like I got two for the price of one. I'm so glad I have this number saved in my contacts. Eli is not only reliable and generous, he has a kind and sympathetic personality that makes you feel better about your day! read more

Super convenient and great customer service. Eli was very professional and helpful. I got two keys made for my 2005 Honda Civic for a very good price. Highly recommended read more

Professional in every aspect; the place to go for laser-etched car key cuts and copies as well as any other key or lock need. Eli was personable, knowledgeable, and skilled - he made a perfect copy of my Lexus car key as well as duplicates of three less-common bike and ski rack keys. Don't be misled by the residential-garage shop, Eli is a true pro running his own business to the highest standards with all the right equipment. He makes appointments for almost any hour of the day and his prices are quite reasonable; he definitely deserves my highest recommendation. read more

So glad Eli was available to help me with my lock out! Very knowledgeable, professional, and responded quickly, also had good pricing. Had ready multiple solutions. I readily recommend this locksmith read more

Great service!!! Fast response, honorable and efficient!! Thanks :) really appreciate the timely help when I really needed it

Eli was professional, prompt and timely! He was about to give me the best price I could find to help us with our car keys but luckily we found them! He still came out to us within 15 minutes. Definitely an awesome guy though!! read more

Fast, inexpensive, quality locksmith work performed by a knowledgeable, honest, independent business guy. I only wish every, or ANY, service experience I have in and around Silicon Valley could be as pleasant, reasonably priced, and competently performed. I'd recommend Eli to everyone: you need a Locksmith? Call Eli at Sonic Locksmith. I got a call back in minutes, got replacement of old door locks and rekeying done within 2 hours. Wow! He even gave me a small first-time customer discount, which wasn't necessary, but just the icing on the cake. read more

Eli showed up in ten minutes on a Sunday evening and got my keys out of the trunk in about five minutes. I hesitated to call him because he didn't have as many yelp reviews as the top ranked locksmiths in the Saratoga area, but I'm glad I did because he beat their prices by half. It was trickier to get the trunk open than just getting the door, but he was creative and really efficient. He put everything back into place cleanly when he finished. Very smooth. read more

Very bad service. They promised me the mechanic will come in 20 mins - he took over 1 hr to come. They quoted $75 and the mechanic suddenly changes the price and charged me $120 with no further explanation. I was stuck there helpless. They also damaged my door seal. Would not recommend - their work is very rushed and untrustworthy. read more

Very helpful. He helped identify my key and found another place for me when his machine was down.

Very professional and helpful. I got locked out of my house. They were very quick to respond and able to get me into the house quickly.

Recommended. I had a lock that was wedged on very tight and hard to pick. After trying to pick the lock, he drilled it and was still having trouble, he even broke a bit and had to take some time to remove the broken piece. I'm glad he was determined and eventually got the lock off. read more

Great, quick service! Very satisfied! I called them today and 15 minutes after my phone call my door was unlocked! Thanks so much!!!

I lost my only car key, so i messaged some locksmiths on yelp, the owner Eli responded very quickly, even at eleven at night and was easy to communicate with. He came out very quickly and made a new key for my car in roughly 45min. Him and his partner were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone and will make them my goto locksmith for the area. His van has a messed up paint job which might make him seem less legitimate, but don't judge a book by its cover. They are the real deal! If you want great service, response time and experience, these are the guys! read more

I cannot recommend Sonic Enough. I was trying to install a Schlage Lock myself and I got stuck because my Door was too thick. I tried putting my old lock back and I couldn't (too . many things needed to be aligned). At 9:45pm desperate, I called home depot, and of course they had no clue. I Called Sonic, and he told me that he had the extension kit needed to finish the job (it would have taken a week to get it from Amazon). I was able to make an appointment and get it from him at 11:00pm. He was so kind, he even let me borrow one of his tools to do the install. As luck would have it I needed the lock tail to be filed for it to fit, and again Sonic to the rescue, he helped me file it with his power tools. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and most of all, available till midnight. read more

Fabulous work! Speedy communication, turned up on time, knew exactly what he was doing. Very reasonable prices. I very happily recommend him. UPdate: My patio door handle wasn't working and I could see that eventually it would stop closing altogether. Turns out it was a European manufacture and parts were hard to find. But Eli turned up 3 times to check the door and take the specifications that the manufacturer required. He even watched videos about how to fit the new part so he wouldn't take more time in my home than necessary. He went above and beyond to complete the job and I'm very happy with my patio door once again. read more

Eli was quick to respond and was able to cut and program 2 keys for my 2012 Nissan Rogue with no issues. GREAT service amd GREAT prices! His prices were at a fraction of any other locksmith in San Jose. Thanks Eli!!! read more

What prompt response! I couldn't get into a locked storage area and was desperate. Miri came in 15 minutes, and she expertly assessed the kind of lock it was. Instead of drilling right away, she behaved ethically and tried alternative ways to provide a new key without running up costs unnecessarily. The situation got resolved very satisfactorily. Such expertise is unexpected for a woman to have. I felt comfortable as a result and safe with her. Just a few hours later, I was talking to a friend who also had a key problem. I said "Call Sonic!" I highly recommend Sonic Locksmith's services. Not only did Sapir replace my lost car key, he worked to troubleshoot the problems that arose until the new key started my car. He even programmed my spare which didn't work prior to his services. I really appreciated his expertise! read more

Eli was courtesy, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped fix my problem efficiently and I will definitely use him again!

We needed proximity keys for our Acura MDX. After initially contacting Acura and waiting for a tow to the dealership for over 4 hours, in addition to what would have been a wait of at least 2 hours to obtain and program new keys - we found Sonic Locksmith. Eli picked up my call in one ring, confirmed he had 2 keys and was at my house within 15 minutes. He was able to program the keys within an hour and we didn't need to tow our car. Overall, a much better, faster and cheaper option than working with Acura. read more

This company is great. They are such skilled craftsmen. The last time I locked myself out of house, another company had to destroy my expensive doorknob. These gentlemen, with their expertise and persistence got me into my good doorknob and deadbolt with saving both. They were very secure locks, but they got in. Impressive. They came fast, also at 11:15 p.m. Best locksmiths. read more

Just had these guys re-key 2 locks for me as well as make additional keys and I couldn't be happier. When we called they gave us two price options, the mobile option and the in store option. I really appreciated their honesty, customer service, prices and professionalism. For any future key issues I will 100% use Sonic. I will also mention how fast they were. There is something to be said for being fast, but also courteous and good is another. Thank you for your help today! read more
