He came out very quickly and made a new key for my car in roughly 45min. Him and his partner were very nice and easy to work with. I cannot recommend Sonic Enough. I was trying to install a Schlage Lock myself and I got stuck because my Door was too thick. I tried putting my old lock back and I couldn't (too . many things needed to be aligned). At 9:45pm desperate, I called home depot, and of course they had no clue. I Called Sonic, and he told me that he had the extension kit needed to finish the job (it would have taken a week to get it from Amazon). I was able to make an appointment and get it from him at 11:00pm. He was so kind, he even let me borrow one of his tools to do the install. As luck would have it I needed the lock tail to be filed for it to fit, and again Sonic to the rescue, he helped me file it with his power tools.
