I've never been to a fast food restaurant where there was simply no service at all. Not at the counter, not at the drive through, not in the delivery parking area. Who the hell is running this place? Do employees know that they have to serve customers? I enjoyed Sonic when living in the west but this Boston Rd location is a disaster. read more

1 star is being generous. Been here a few times. Each time was worse than the last. Gave it one more chance this past weekend and will not be back again. Let me make it clear that I am just talking about the sonic on Boston rd. The one in Manchester, ct is great. The last 2 times I have been to the one on Boston rd, I waited for no kidding, 45 minutes for my food. And this last time to top it off they forgot 2 things in my order. Guess that's my fault for not checking it before I left. But you would think if you are taking 45 minutes to get a "fast food" order ready you would at least get it right. Absolutely delicious burger, always fulfilling. But my bun was stale and so were my French fries :(

Ordered two different hot dogs and some popcorn chicken. Took awhile to come out (we sat inside) one of the dogs was literally cold and the other one was hot and so was the chicken. We didn't get any napkins and there are no dispensers, everyone was in the back so I had to yell back to them for some. read more

Sonic is a decent chain, the food is extremely salty almost unbearable I believe I drank 4 bottles of water after eating two mediocre hot dogs. read more

This restaurant is nice in the way that the carhops are nice but my friends and I went out and one of them got a medium mozzarella stick side and found all but two of the mozzarella sticks were hollow and had no cheese and were almost accused of emptying them and were deemed suspicious and the wait time for our food when we were the only ones in the building was far longer than it should've been overall I wouldn't go again read more

I have been to this location twice now. Both times they screwed up every part of the order, from the size of the shakes and contents to the sandwiches and burritos. I don't get it, but somehow they screw everything up read more

This place is terrible. Waited 30 minutes for 3 people's orders. Came around 10:05pm and left just before 11. My food wasn't warm at all, cherry limeade tasted like lime, and manager flipping out in the kitchen. To top it off, they're not accepting card at the moment and the staff is confusing all the orders. I thought sonic was supposed to be pretty good, not a sh*thole like this place. read more

Fast Food if one subtracts the "fast" from the equation. Wait time is forever and the food is below average. The fry oil they used for the tots was a bit stale tasting. Just not inclined to visit again. read more

Drive thru, drive up, sit in or out (weather permitting.) Pretty good food, great drinks like thier famous Cherry Limeade. Service and quality have gone slightly downhill since they opened and the drive thru can take forever sometimes. Tots for the win and their chili cheese dog is good. Not a bad experience if you've never been to one. read more

Food never fresh gave them the benefit of doub,and went there 3xs and all 3x fpo was cold never fresh,.there horrible!!! I order a chocolate milkshake, they gave vanilla icream with chocolate syrup,! And shake was still white, fries cold allways it like they cook food and put in,warmer for a,long time and dry n nasty!!!!! Drive through closed for no apparent reason go inside to order to go cashier kept walking away from me into kitchen throughout taking my order. I'm told to go outside to wait for someone to bring my order out a half hour later I go inside to see how it's going and absolutely nobody acknowledged my presence completely ignored by everyone in the store so I left. Good thing they hadn't taken my money yet. Completly inept every time I go takes forever completely unprofessional from staff to management. First time there. Waited in drive up for 10 min, then finally got to pick up window to get food. Sat there for another 10 min and watched workers standing there waiting for food. Got the managers attention and asked for money back and she said food was ready. Food was decent, not great and certainly not worth tbe long wait! Won't be back. read more

They were advertised to be open until midnight, and we got there at 1120 and tried to place an order and they told us they were closed. We are very unhappy, since the hours online contradict what we were told by the employee. read more

A co-worker and I ran in to order five frozen drinks. It took about 12 minutes for them to even come out. Then, we asked to pay two different ways, by using cash and then a debit card. For some reason, they could not get my card to go through because apparently when splitting an order that is put through, it won't let them. We we're there waiting for another 20 minutes while my debit card was passed around to three different people. By then, our slushies we're water. The GM finally was able to run my card for the $4.26 that was owed, and didn't even ask to replace our drinks. We asked her ourselves to please replace them as they we're watered down, and she then took another 12 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous. She then told me to tell them next time when I want an order separated so we "don't run into this again". Um, excuse me no you're people should know how to spit an order when someone is using cash and debit. Awful awful awful service, will NOT go back. read more
