I ordered the salted caramel bites on October 8. They were raw in the inside. I asked the server to give me a refund. She decided to refry some, and give them to me, and the outside was cooked in the inside was completely raw dough read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Slidell, Louisiana

See all

Not the fastest service and many stalls are usually out of order but our online order is always correct!

Burger patty was room temp and raw, Mozzarella sticks were cold, both drinks were flat, and when you order a burrito, they decide to pull a sneaky and give you the junior size. read more

As a food service worker I try to have a lot of understanding when it comes to dining, so I'll start out by saying that the young gentleman who was helping us was understanding and did everything he could to fix the order but my fiancee and I went here to get dinner after a very busy day, they were "out" of our drinks, I understand that product may not come in so I was fine with changing my drink but sweet tea? how do you run out of sweet tea 2 HOURS before close someone wanted to close and didn't wanna wait there wasn't a single other guest there and we still waited 15 minutes then got the news about them not having our drinks then waited another 5 for them to make the drinks, I was understanding when our server let us know he forgot the straws but when we got home we discovered we got two napkins read more

They messed up my drink and my food was ok. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and they gave me a limeade with chunks of strawberries in it. The chicken patty on my chicken sandwich was maybe half the size of what the regular size is, and when I asked if they gave me my honey mustard they said no and had to go get some. Bad service fr read more

My family and I came here today at 6:45 PM. We went through one of the two drive-through's, and received no response. So we went to the other one, hoping to get someone on the other side, and again nothing. So we proceeded to drive to the drive-through window. The workers were having a good conversation in the kitchen apparently... They looked at us sitting at the window waiting for them. And then continued their conversation. Two minutes later, we started recording them blatantly ignoring us on our phones, and one of them noticed and told other person to go help us. At this point, none of us felt comfortable getting food from them. So we proceeded to leave. We just wanted some ice cream. ‍ read more

it's crazy we spent 30 minutes at the drive through and there was not any people here after 30 minutes they took our order they didn't even put ice in our drinks and the chicken was soggy and the lady was very disrespectful and the food took 30 minutes for some chicken and a drink read more

I arrived 3 minutes before they closed only wanting a drink. I pressed the red button and just sat there and no one answered. They completely ignored me and when they walked out they scream "wE cLoSEd!!" even though I got there before they closed. They don't care about their job, they just want to get out of there even if they have customers. Horrible service. read more

Everytime I go here they're slow as hell and I don't know how but the service has gotten worse. They mixed up the orders when there were only four cars outside, didn't give me a fork for my chili dog or a spoon for my milkshake, and no ketchup for my tater tots. I seriously don't understand how you mess up this bad with that many people in the kitchen. read more

Does your food fken suck this is the worst dam sonic by far I have ever been to your chicken sandwich was rock hard

This location closes at 9:00 pm. I placed my order at 8:25. I ordered a LARGE chili cheese tator tots . Lg Vanilla Coke & 3 . The young lady car hopping comes out at 8:40 after WAITING to inform me: " We are out of chili." I stared at her. I wanted to tell her open a can & scoop some out. We all KNOW sonic DOES NOT MAKE ITS OWN CHILI. REALLY ??!?? @ 8:25 you're out of chili!?!?? IF AT NEVER SHOULD BE around the HOLIDAYS OR ANYTIME!! Sale gone!!!!! If I wouldn't have had my 21 & 3 year old l, along with my 2 Granddaughters waiting on SOMETHING from THERE... I would NOT HAVE STAYED.. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. read more

Fast, friendly, and fresh. Food was great. Employees took all appropriate Covid precautions.

We come here frequently just for the sake of convenience. Almost every time, there's something screwed up. A few weeks ago by boyfriend ordered two ultimate chicken club sandwiches. He came Home and there was no bacon or cheese. Today, I ordered an ultimate chicken club. I specifically asked when ordering "that's the one that has bacon and cheese, right?" And she said "yes." Then I get home and there was neither bacon nor cheese on it! A $7 sandwich! read more

Add this one to the list of Sonics not to go to in Slidell. Went there yesterday and waited for a while after being asked to "Hold on" in one of the stalls. Pushed the button a couple times, asked for a response a couple of times and got nothing. It's not like they were terribly busy. I left. I won't be back. In the past, it's hit or miss with this Sonic. Employees here just do not GAF. I've eaten here and left and seen 2-3 of the employees across the parking lot taking smoking breaks together. Maybe that's why they ask you to "hold on' when you're the only car in the lot. This location was closed a couple times in it's past after bad weather events. I'm thinking that Sonic shouldn't even bother to keep this location open. It's not like there's too much of a difference in service weather it's open or shut down permanently. read more

Don't count on them having any of the specials at corporate advertisers they seem to always be out of them and I have poor service so it's up to you if you take the chance to come in here read more

Today I went to sonic to buy some ice cream and I didn't have enough money to pay for it. My amazing car hop Jessica came to the rescue by taking what I had and pretty much paying the rest for me AND giving me a drink! The best service ever! **everyone complaining about and belittling the employees on this app are very disrespectful. Do people not realize that the majority of the people that work in these establishments are still in high school and/or are minors? Not only that, but do they not realize that the workers are human beings? You guys should really reconsider how you talk about people on here because some of y'all would be getting a 1 star from me if you had a yelp review.** read more

How can you ever go wrong with hot dog (with lots of toppings), milkshake made with real ice cream (lot of flavors) and other finger food. Fast and efficient service and right in the neighborhood. read more

I go to this Sonic all the time for the morning special but I went tonight to get ice cream and it was awful. We waited 20 minutes at a stall and kept being told "hold on one more minute." We saw the drive thru moving so we hopped in line. We were again told "hold on." After 10 more minutes at the drive thru, we finally left. I probably won't come back. read more

The driest chicken sandwich I ever had ,and they screwed up the order ,and took forever to bring out the food. I wood give it no stars if it would allow read more

They are now opened! And every time I go there, it is the same person at the drive thru, who swears he can't hear me, EVERY FREAKING TIME! He is annoying and incompetent! I ordered a mustard cheese burger. He rang up a cheese burger with no cheese! WTF? They have a double drive thru and I watched this guy take 2 customers before me! I'm literally sitting there at the speaker as he goes to take a 3rd and I call out,"Hello!" He comes through the speaker and says,"I'll be with you in a minute." WTF. The customer service here is horrible. A bunch of people who have no idea about SHIT! I'll just drive down the street to Gause if I want it that bad. read more

I hate to even give it one star. The worst sonic ever. Whatever you order don't expect it to be what you ordered, because they always give out the wrong food. Every time I come to this sonic I order a simple jr cheeseburger, and I never get what I ask for. Worst service ever.. read more

The worst sonic to ever exist. The employees have an IQ of a green pea. Apparently, they don't even speak english because when you order something it's not even what you ask for. It's ridiculous. I ordered a dr pepper and got a I don't even know what it was. I asked multiple people to drink it and even they were confused as to what it was. Secondly, don't think about ordering a sweet tea because the manager tells the employees to put 2 cups of sweetener in it when it calls for 3, so even the manager is incompetent. NEVER GO HERE read more

So, tried again. Nope. Missing parts of order, wait time is insanely long, they are understaffed. This is a management problem in my opinion. Hire some more people. read more

I finally broke down and decided to get the only thing I ever order from Sonic...super sonic breakfast burrito. Could only finish half but it tasted soooo good. I purchased this at 6:30 am Sunday the 18th of October. By 8:00 pm that evening I had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Had the same symptoms the next day with an added fever that topped out at 103.8. Spent Tuesday sleeping and drinking fluids. Still had fever but was gradually lowering to about 100.2. And now it is Wednesday. Still don't feel the best but no fever. That was the most expensive burrito I have ever eaten! I stole away 2 days of my life!!!!! LOL Suddenly I totally have nothing to go to Sonic for.....good thing I think the rest of their food is lousy! read more
