The Brookie had a thick layer of caramel inside and on top. A super messy cookie but it was very delicious. I'd give it 4/5 as it was very gooey, just wish it was warmer. The pumpkindoodle wasn't my favorite... the outside had a great texture but the inside tasted like pumpkin purée lol. I wished we were able to try their stuffed chocolate chip, it must be good as it seemed to be the most popular! I would like to mention that I understand that it was their grand opening and they were super busy.
