I dropped by at 2:00ish, wasn't busy. Ordered and waited without seeing anyone again until the guy came out with it. Food was not hot/warm. Fries were stale and cold like yesterday's. Service was hmmmmm okay? Ambiance was a moderately clean but lacking joint. I've heard other people say they liked it. So I'm guessing it depends on which crew you get. My wife and went to this location tonight (Saturday night) We walked in and was waiting to order our dinner. There was a radio playing behind the counter. I could not believe that a business was playing this kind of music. The 4 letter F*** kept being said in the song. We left. We don't want to hear that kind of language. If this would have been Friday night I would have had 3 grand daughters with me. They are 5, 7, and 9. I really don't want them listening to this. I will not be back to this location ever again. If in Shawnee, OK, this is the Arby's to visit. The service is friendly and fast. The food is of expected quality (Hey it is fast food roast beef) and it is good. Visits at lunchtime (12 to 1) on a weekday you can expect it to be busy and for the drive-thru to have a line, but it moves fast. I eat here often and will continue to visit. The only issue (thus the reason for 4 stars) is that when it comes to special orders they fall short on what is requested. This has happened several times, however, the manager is quick to correct and goes above an beyond in trying to fix the issue. Has even went as far as to offer that an order be called into her to prepare in advance to avoid this issue. That is above and beyond customer service. read more

Chapter one:~ A beautiful starry night in Shawnee. I just got off work. I had great day freezing my ass off putting up a sign (-6c outside)(26f) . I drove my way to Cazadorez and looked at there yelp reviews and they where fucking horrible so I didn't go in so I drove my happy ass to Arby's, while listening to best friend by Queen while thinking about freedom in America. I walked up to tha door not knowing what was on the ground (I thought it was glass) my fellow yelper told me it was salt or the ice and snow. Annnyyyways... i walked in and it was cold as fuck. I ordered a number 6 and got a large drink. As went to get my drink(juicy peach ice tea) some man flicked dr.pepper in my eyes.(while I was writing this I thought of that fish from spongebob "my eyes") I ordered 2 caramel cookies. One was good but the other had a hair COOKED in there. WHICH MAKES MY DAY EVEN BETTER. SORRY FOR SCREAMING MY FELLOW YELPERS. THIS IS NOT OKAY. but of course I'm going back Im a fat ass. Btw when they said name for the order I said fatness lol. AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERFECT CURLY CURLY FRY IN THE CURLY FRIES AND THAT BITCH THAT FLICKED DP AT ME ATE IT. First time visiting this Arby's restaurant. I was visiting Shawnee, Ok on a training assignment. Unfortunately, went there at noon and found it to be very busy. Staff were very professional, despite the crowd. My roast beef sandwich and curly fries were excellent. Would eat there again. read more
