I like to stop in here for a quick dinner on my way home from OKC because the location is just right off of I-40. It's always quick service. And it's clean inside to dine in when I have time. The selection of entrees, proteins, and toppings are much better than other burrito chain restaurants. The spicy queso and habanero salsa keep me coming back. read more

Love this place, but tonight was a bad experience. We got in line, our food was started and they had mobile and to go orders that came in after we started our order. Our food was sitting there and sat long enough it got cold. Then when they finally got back to it the lady kind of had an attitude when we asked for our additional toppings. At the register we ask for queso and chips and it seemed like an inconvenience. For 35 bucks we spent we will not be back anytime soon. read more

I give fair, honest reviews and allow a business a lot of mess ups before I get to this point. Qdoba in general is struggling with true to advertised portions, but this location is the WORST. My family and I eat in qdoba at least once weekly, but usually more. This evening my husband received just under an ounce of chicken in a protein bowl (again we eat here a lot). When I asked how many ounces come in their bowl I was told no one knows. I said it doesn't look like the menu amount of chicken. I was asked why I eat there if I don't like it. My reply was that I do like it- hence my stop in- I just don't want to be ripped off any longer. She tossed a quarter full bag of chips in our to-go bag, but replied nothing. I asked if she would fill that bag up so we have enough chips for all the queso and dips we paid for. She yanked it out of the carryout bag and aggressively filled it. We were mortified. That'll do it for us. PS - we're actually at the local chilis now waiting for a chicken breast for the qdoba chicken protein bowl we just paid full price. read more

Food is generally always good, however, this whole parking thing is out of hand. Not only do they put internet orders in front of customers actually in the restaurant but now they also get the closest parking except for handicap. So not only do I have to wait for multiple internet orders to be filled before mine (which can take 5 to 10 minutes), now the staff is actually calling out customers who park in the "To go" slots. Really? I actually come in to this place and basically told you aren't as important as internet orders. Well news flash, I have an hour for lunch too and just because I don't want eat where I work, I'm punished. Last I looked, a business can't enforce their own parking spots for marketing purposes if parking there is not illegal (as it would be for a handicap spot). read more

Last minute stop at QDOBA in Shawnee. As always, the food was great. We ordered 4 bowls and a mini bowl. Lots of choices to pick from. Fresh and delicious. If you download the app, you get free chips and salsa with entree order. If you are military, you get free drinks. A win win. The price was $43 after tax. This Qdoba was pretty good. There was a pretty hefty line, but the staff's speed and focus made the wait shorter than I expected. The only name I was able to see on the shirts was David, who balanced both a good attitude to the customer and work to get the line moving. I wish I had names of all the workers, because they all showed that same balance. Everything had looked relatively clean, and the portions in my burrito were pretty good. I don't eat at Qdoba often, but I am happy to see that I can get my burrito from a hardworking staff that cares. read more

The chicken queso burrito I got was so good, and the service was amazing :) The area was pretty spacey, it was quiet but calm.

I got a red whisker in my food on 31. I'm going to make my own rice. Some have better hygiene than others.

I love the food at this place! The manager is dynamite along with her staff! My heart skipped a beat when the manager told me she was closing down, but she is upgrading so all can recharge ipads, phones and everything! Food is outstanding, it's just prepared poorly. The burrito is built well initially and when getting to the cilantro, all the employees will "drown" the burrito in cilantro no matter how little is asked for. I don't like eating a burrito that taste like soap! So now I only order chips and queso. read more

The manager of this place needs to better train and oversee the staff. There is a ton of unnecessary cross contamination happening here and the kitchen area is often filthy. Staff members frequently switch from register to food (or other areas of the restaurant to food) without changing gloves or washing hands. I have even seen staff go straight from outside to the food line without washing hands. One staff member often smells of cigarettes and others prep food with no gloves. I was once in there and asked a team member to please wash his hands and get new gloves because he was just picking up items from the floor and he said that he didn't have to do so and wouldn't do it but that he might consider changing gloves if I gave him a smile. Inappropriate in so many ways! (Clearly, I walked out.) I have given up on this place but these issues should still be addressed for future customers. These issues are so significant that I am choosing not to go into the food much. All I will say is that the food quality is lacking (yes, even for a place like this) and the chips always taste stale and are too greasy. There are countless better local options. I advise eating elsewhere. read more

They've only been open for a few weeks but the staff is definitely on top of their game. They were all friendly and you get a free meal when you register your awards card. Pros: great tasting food, fresh ingredients, very reasonable prices, OBU students get free drinks, plenty of seating. The menu is also very well organized and simple, but at the same time customers are given the opportunity to customize their food to however they want it without having to worry about being charged extra for certain ingredients (like guac). Cons: the only real con I can think of is the portions are not very big. They are decent, but they could give you more meat with your order, which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. Also, the parking lot is not the best in the world, but I'm being very picky there. I would also recommend getting the rewards card. You get a free meal when you activate it online and a free meal with every 10 purchased. read more

pulled in to go just like the sign said and a guy 'em ram out after I was out of my truck walking in said they are enforcing parking let him know I was to go as the sign said he insisted I move I moved and was in and out in less than 3 minutes as it was about 11 am and no one was there yet with no Etta down the street I may just start going there instead of employees running out on a power trip over where I park on an empty lot when the sign clearly says to go and I was grabbing my food to go. read more

I ordered delivery through the Qdoba website five days ago. It never arrived; apparently DoorDash delivered to the wrong house. Note, though, that I ordered through Qdoba, not DoorDash. My mistake! The manager at Qdoba insisted that I had to deal with DoorDash to get my refund, that it wasn't their problem. DoorDash said it had to come from Qdoba since that's where I placed the order, and that's who had my credit card info. They placed a request for me with Qdoba. Today I finally hear from Qdoba, who says they aren't responsible for 3rd party orders. But their message had the explanation from DoorDash attached that plainly said the order was placed through Qdoba. Lesson learned. I'll never again order anything from Qdoba. read more

I order through DoorDash quite a bit and my food is very often wrong or the rice is under cooked. I used to order a lot from Qdoba but eventually the rice was missing all together!! It's too expensive to not be correct. read more

Great food and cool atmosphere. We come here often. You won't leave hungry. The soft drink machine is cool as well, you can customize your drink to your liking. If you've never been here you can't go wrong with a burrito. read more

Not bad, been here a couple of times now. I've never been to one until it came to shawnee so I really didn't know what to expect. But it definitely beats most of the Mexican restaurants around here. Food lacked any flavor. Very pricy for a burrito and quesadilla. Staff was all over the place. Standing at tables talking to their friends while we're standing there waiting for food.
