I have never written a review online before, but I could not resist this one. The worker at the drive-through was clearly miserable with his fast food job, understandable, I suppose, but not acceptable. I got a cold cheeseburger and the greasiest fries I've ever had in my life. I did actually turn around and return it lol once again never have done that before. I had to get out of my car and knock on the drive-through window because nobody was there. This was at 5 PM, not anywhere close to closing time. The only saving grace is that I saved myself 600 cal by not eating a cheeseburger lol. I would not bother to go here, I do not recommend it. Milkshake was good. Fries were cold and I was brought tots at first and had to ask for fries like I had ordered. Then they weren't the pickle ones , but the food was subpar for sonic overall. Service was terrible. Im usually pretty gracious bc I know people have bad days, but this was just mean. I pulled into a spot and waited 15 minutes for them to take my order then got screamed at and told stop pushing the button and they would not take my order. The car next to me had the same experience and they just up and left. They are supposed to be open until 12 and they turned lights off at 1045 probably bc they didn't want anyone else coming. I actually finally downloaded the app and ordered mobile pick up so I could get food. If anything else was open, I would have went there instead. I should have just left. The wait to order and get your food is ridiculous! They only service one car at a time. The car pulls up to the drive thru to order but can't order until the car in front of it at the window gets its order. Once you order, you pull forward to the window to wait 15 more minutes for your order to be made. The people behind you can't even place their order until you get your order. Truly, 1 car at a time. They cannot multitask at this location. Then, the dude making the shake forgot how the lid gets secured to the cup and I end up with milkshake all over my center console. Won't be coming back! Would give less if I could, had at least 3 people complaining and going up to the doors, all I asked for was two cups of ice and I waited for 20 minutes after being told it was only going to be a moment, went to the door and no one ever came out with the ice. Left with nothing. They could improve by closing at 10pm if they can't handle the amount of customers that come through at that time. See the picture? That's a Sonic Burger and small fries. I literally only ate one fry out of that container. The fry container is only half full with like 10 fries. The burger is ok but the lettuce is brown around the edges. The shakes were thick earning that 1star. However there are little hard white pieces in it that feel like chocolate chip bits because they melt in your mouth but they're white. Tried to order cheese fries but they can "currently only make chili cheese fries ". What? Also out of cold brew coffee. Sad. Sonic used to be a fun place to go. I got a medium picklerita(which is great) but not a large then after 20 minutes I get small tator tots not the dill tots and a cheeseburger. Not the big dill burger. Never gave me my change back of 13cents. They were playing music so loud u couldn't hear anything. Also ordered a lemonade slush large she hands out large cherry slush. I ordered tater tots with chili and cheese but received plain fries, ordered a hot dog with ketchup but received a burger. It seems as though this is a very chaotic atmosphere-seems like no one ever takes the lead to put customer service at the forefront. You know it's sad when a Sonic takes longer to make two sonic blasts than a sit down restaurant. My boyfriend and I waited 40 mins in the drive-thru to receive our ice cream. Turns out the universe was giving me yet another sign because when i tried to order my junior burger of course they're out of "junior burger meat". like how does that even happen. a burger place that's out of meat great management am i right? anyway i proceed to change my order to a number 3 with NO mayo. as im driving up to pay i hear what i assume to be the manager screaming multiple cuss words at the employees. We ordered cheeseburgers, milkshakes and onion rings. Service was quick and it was easy to order at the screen. The buns are big, but the burgers are small and tasteless. The onion rings have too much coating on them and all you can taste is breading, not onions. The milkshakes are so thick you can't drink them. I don't think they are ice cream. Then after waiting for something from the terrible service, the lights promptly shut off at 9. I have never been more disappointed and angry about customer service. Based on other reviews this is a serious issue at this sonic that must be solved. A male worker...not the one at the window, out loud was so rude and said we needed to learn to pull through a drive thru correctly. Poor customer service. The order was incorrect and the machine was dysfunctional, the person helping us was very rude and limited in assisting us.
