Ordered a foot long coney dog with tots and ocean water to drink, my wife got a #2 with onion rings. Onion rings were great. Food came fast the ocean water was ok, and tots were crispy. The coney dog didn't look like the picture on the menu but it was tasty. The nice part was because of the limited amount of chili I got the flavor but no mess. The wife's burger was very large and had a good flavor. My kids meals were good and everyone enjoyed the slushees. Tots come standard I think so if you want fries make sure you specify. read more

I always forget about how incredible Sonic's food is and this place was no exception. Their ice cream is so creamy and smooth, my only regret is not ordering a larger size. Well pretty much I wanted the half off shakes and it was hard to find the button on the menu but it is usually on the left hand side near the credit card but this one is on the bottom where only a small kid can see it. The Dr. Pepper must have been out in the machine because it tasted awful. We went there for milkshakes. Decided to get an m & m sonic blast. There were 2 employees working. The guy was taking orders, the girl was taking payment and making our treats. She hands us 1 and says have a nice night. We told her, we ordered 2. She huffed and went to make the second one. The ice cream got on the outside of the cup, she took her ungloved finger wiped the ice cream off with her finger and scraped it back inside the cup. Disgusting! I always wanted to try this place....well I guess it's not meant to be. My wife and I were out doing some Xmas shopping and tried to stop in and get some lunch. Everything seemed fine when we pulled up to the drive through speaker. The girl working greeted us and when I responded with my order I got no response so I waited and waited and waited and waited. During that time I saw the folks in front of me being served and I assumed that due to the current climate she was there by herself and overwhelmed. This Sonic was extremely disappointing. I came here with my friends hoping to have a nice meal from one of our favorite places to eat after a long day. We were very dissatisfied. The customer service is repulsive. In the drive-thru, the employee was sighing and raising her voice at us constantly. They got our order wrong and refused to give us the many, many food items that they missed. Eventually, they gave us our food. The tater tots and fries were freezing cold. As pictured, there was also a hair at the bottom of our fry container and hair on the outside of the drink. While eating, we could see the worker inside throwing her hands in the air, screaming at others, and even taking off her earpiece and storming away. The manager was not much better. I've been wanting to visit a sonic for the longest time. I decided that it would be a good time to stop by after cedar point. This was hands-down the worst fast food experience I've ever been to. They told us to come around and finish our order at the window and when we got there they never asked us to complete the order. Our friends behind us in a separate car went through and ordered their food and they forgot the entire second order and then give them any food. I went with my boyfriend and a friend and we all ordered meals. My friends meal came out fine however my boyfriend and I ordered two number 3 combos which is the double bacon burger. My boyfriend asked for just ketchup and no cheese, it showed up with cheese and was missing a patty. I ordered mine with everything but ketchup and mine showed up also missing a patty. I called them out to fix it and thinking that after sending it in to be corrected it surely wouldn't come out wrong again so we went back to our room and of course both were completely wrong AGAIN. Both were made with only mayo no ketchup and his still had cheese on it. The only problem with his was it needed no cheese and a second patty idk why that was so hard to correct. The receipt had everything right so unless the cook couldn't read I don't know why it was wrong. Well, the kids begged to go to Sonic for the Transformers slushes and like a couple of suckers, my husband and I agreed to take them. It was past lunch time and we hadn't eaten so we ordered food, too. When the order was read back to us, it was correct. When the young lady brought out our food and read us the order, it was also correct. We pulled out of Sonic and when the food was all passed out, guess what? Definitely not correct.
