alright gave it another chance, yall have amazing customer service but seem to mess up orders every time. i asked for ranch for my motz sticks instead of marinara and got marinara. which sucks cause i really don't like marinara and don't have ranch at home. i was rushing out of there cause it was 10:30 at night and i just worked a double and was just hungry and wanting to be home but i guess it is my fault for not checking the bag before leaving which i usually do, and also i get home to look in my motz sticks and find idek what the fuck it is. matter of fact it is not my fault for not checking the bag, cause it should be right the first time. i do understand things happen, i work in a restaurant, however these mistakes happen EVERY time i kid you not. i love sonic and don't want to have to not come to a place i like bc of the employees not caring enough. read more

I ordered 15 fucking pretsal twists and these muthafucking slow brained people nicknamed sonic workers thought I was gonna eat 15 raw petals with no cheese dip so Instead of asking for cheese dip I finger popped myself in the drive through camera for all the staff to see read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Oregon, Ohio

Nastiest burger I've eaten since 2006, great shakes and a few other things but the burgers are patties and were under cooked, the younger workers are cool, and its appears to be clean and quiet, its just those burgers ‍ read more

Got home to open the bag and find the wrong order. The teenage manager with the snarky attitude ensured I will never spend any money here again. read more

I go to Sonic for one thing, the strawberry slush. Some people like to get a McDonald's Coke as a special pick me up. I like the slush. Thankfully, there isn't one near my house, so this addiction is only catered to a couple of times a year. I use the drive-thru, and it's always been quick. I know they have an extensive menu, but all I've had is the slush and maybe a burger, which was fine for fast food. No complaints from me at this location and they always give me an ice water for my pup no charge! read more

This place is just absolutely astonishing on how incompetent some workers are. I've never encountered such a horribly staffed establishment. It's honestly sad, not only are they slow as all. I can't even count anymore how many times I order and it's just completely not right at all. It's like the workers there are just incapable of critical thinking. At first I thought oh it's probably just that one worker....... NO! It's literally all of them, I order and get delivery from here frequently all my life. The state it's come to is RIDICULOUS, I mean how can a corporation be run by such ninkapoops. They are known for ice cream but these workers seems to prefer making it how they want instead of how it's ordered. They just don't have a care in the world. I'm sure there's plenty other people more capable and in need of the position. When I order something I should get it just how I ordered it's really not hard. I've worked in food industry, all you need to know is how to read. Apparently these workers at this fine establishment never did! Just blows my mind the countless times my order is so far wrong. Waste of food, money, and time. Even their behaviour towards customers is just redacting. The main guy working there makes me not even wanna order or eat. Just wish they held some kind of standard for the people behind our food. I get it's fast food but there's is plenty of people who work for far less with much more effort. Some new staffing would really light the place up in my opinion. Sonic is always nice being able to have the old fashion style ordering outside. Just wish they kept the old fashion working ethicsz read more

Don't do it. I don't know if they clean their machines or if the food was just bad. But I have never been so sick after having a shake and fries. I'll skip this location and Sonic's altogether. read more

I order through Dasher. The food is always good and it tastes really well. Didn't give it five stars because sometimes I don't get all the food that I order. I still recommend Sonic.i read more

The food is absolute shit they had me waiting in line for 10 minutes and all of my food was old and stale the fry's were properly about 45 minutes old they weren't even warm. By far the worst food I have ever had my popcorn chicken I had ordered was supposed to be honey bbq and they didn't have any sauce on them. I will never recommend this establishment or the food here absolutely trash!!!!! read more

Still can't make a decent Sweat Tea. How is it that i can go to any McDonalds across the USA and get a drink that is made the same way. Yet i can not go to the same Sonic and get it the same 4 hours apart. Unreal. Get a quality control department, implement a training program and get with it. Save some of your advertising budget and start training. read more

I love sonic because banana shakes are the boom plus the food super good would love to eat here again

Two stars is about right. We stopped to get two limeades and decided to split a Philly cheese steak sandwich. We were going to meet friends later for dinner and didn't want to be too full! The Sonic in Monroe makes the sandwich juicy and filled with grilled onions, beef and cheese. They give you a fork and extra napkins because you'll need them. This one here was skimpy, dry, and salty as a salt lick. Plus no fork or napkins! Luckily, we didn't get sick like the other reviewers! But we won't be back! read more

YUCK:( Sick from there popcorn chicken:( Server was friendly but food was gross don't think I can go back read more

Stopped in for half of shakes happy hour and a cheeseburger for the dog. Went through the drive thru and things were moving quickly... until we waited 10 minutes for the plain cheeseburger. Would've been fine if it was fresh off the grill, but I opened the wrapper to find the cheese still firm and cold and the meat to be room temp. The dog was happy regardless, but The time just didn't add up read more

This gotta be the most racist Sonics I've been to. I'm black so i guess these white girls have too much pride to serve me . Apparently I have to wait 30 minutes for my order to be taken . Why are they picking and choosing who to serve . And yet when i finally got to place my order.. 3 cars in the back got their food before me . Please can we get corporate because I was never this rude when working drive thru read more

Like other sonics, you are going to find great food at reasonable prices! It's the only fast food place I know where you can find a happy hour every day from 2-4pm. Breakfast foods are pretty decent, especially the burritos and you can order them any time of the day. Here's my money saving tip for Sonic...get there before 11am and you'll be able to gulp down any HUGE size Route 44 drink for only 99 cents! One of my favorite deals on the menu is the chicken strip sandwich for only a buck! It's by far my favorite "dollar menu" item. Enjoy! read more

Went through the drive thru, welcoming voice and speedy delivery. We asked for no tomato, and had to return a wrap. Megan handled the complaint very well, and we were given ice cream and coupons while we waited for the correct order. Great save, will come again! read more

I went to this sonic with my dad, and we sat at the drive thru window for fifteen minutes. Then the girl at the window brought drinks out to the people in the car behind us. When we finally for our food at the window it was lukewarm, and the burger was only half inside of the bun. All in all it was really poor service, and the food was not enjoyable. We've had the same sort of experience the past three times we've tried this sonic. read more
