Oh my goodness 27$ & had to eat cereL for dinner Crispy chicken sandwich (5.29$) & bun was inedible/burned, processed rectangle chicken patty was the dimensions of 2 marinara sauce packets, wilted shavings of lettuce. Photo of sandwich taken with a quarter on it to show the size, bc no one would BELIEVE the microscopic patty. Had to eat cereal for dinner. Husband's Chili cheese coney onions mustard jalapeños foot long, charged extra for the latter & it only had chili. Brought out the LUCKY CHARMS & won't be going back for a long long while. read more

I recently went to this Sonic Drive-In. It was a sunny, hot day and I had just left the pool hungry and in the mood for a good ole meal from Sonic. I ordered a number 6, which was quite alright. On the contrary, my boyfriend ordered a number 4, which was not quite alright. The absolute worst burger ever. The depression in which he sunk into was immeasurable. The disappointment that rested upon his heart was heavy. he not only hated it, but absolutely despised it. the burger was disgusting to such a great extent, life choices were contemplated after the attempt to consume. the car ride home was filled with sad music and sorrow. do not get a number 4. read more

Ordered 4 corn dogs at 8:30 Sunday evening the 26th. Place was not very busy. Took a good deal of time to get the order out, so we expected them to be fresh. I have given them too many times and I am absolutely DONE! This last time my disabled brother got food poisoning and we know it was from eating the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. He immediately got violently sick as soon as he finished his sandwich. Me and mom ate at home and we're fine. He was sick a whole day and was ok. He said it did taste a bit off but didn't want to be a fuss. Again he is disabled and doesn't know to check for food poisoning. He shouldn't have to worry when it's someone's job to keep the public safe. The time before that I bought my family dinner and wasn't there very long. I literally live 2 minuets down the road I get home and not only was my order wrong but it was ridiculously cold. Neither me or my mom could finish our food it was so nasty. The car hops are always friendly when I come through. Sweet tea & mozzarella sticks are amazing. I did come through this morning though and my sausage breakfast burrito didn't have any sausage in it. Instead, it had some hard, thin burnt pieces of I don't know what. Was too afraid to eat it, so I just threw it away. I've always had wonderful experiences at this sonic, other then today. read more

This Sonic has been recently renovated - it looks really nice, and the order screens are modern with video boards the advertise special promotions. I think the Sonic on Hacks does a better job in the kitchen - their shakes seem better prepared to me - call me crazy but I think I'd go there first. read more

Well,I was here on a field trip with my School class. I'll give them that they where great letting all the classes from the school around them to visit and to give a great prices for ice cream for the kiddos, And just the whole idea of having the parking lot and tables filled with crazy little kids walking around them while wearing rolling skates is pret+y great of them, so they have my sympathy with that, and I truly thank them . So Service wise I can say this place is pretty cool. But food wise this place will not be in my places to visit or Stop by for a quick bite. It never been, and never will. This has to be the cleanest, fanciest looking Sonic location I've ever seen! The waitresses on roller skates adds a great old school touch. So far, I don't have any complaints about this particular Sonic, but I'm sure I will leave here a happy customer. I'll visit the other locations to compare, but this seems to be the best spot. read more

It is what it is..half priced shakes after 8pm can't be beat, not to mention all the flavors you have to choose from. Oh and the chicken strip wrap (add cheese and bacon) isn't on the menu anymore but they can still make it! And cheers to the new building being built. Woo read more

I had a terrible experience, but I don't always. My daughter absolutely loves sonic. This time though we went to down town OB. The lady on the speaker was short and dry and not friendly. I asked for unsweet tea and got sweet. The kids cup had a hole in the bottom and leaked. The burger was dry and burnt and cold. The tots were cold. There was no dipping sauce for the chicken strips. I also want to request to all Sonics to be able to tip a a card. I usually don't have such a hard time there. read more

I've lived in the olive branch area for 25 years now used this sonic for as long as I can remember. But unfortunately since the remodeling this location service has gone down hill and it's very disappointing. Tonight a very popular night to have sonic for dinner, I ordered my food at approximately 6:10-6:11 pm, on the updated screen at 6:16 pm my food was apparently 'on its way by car hop' finally at 6:27 I had to leave the store with no food that was charged to my bank account because no one ever showed up to my stall with my order. I will not be back hence as to how ridiculous this was I didn't even feel the need to call and get my money back from this location. Might I add the car next to me pulled up 5-8 minutes after I did and ordered 8 corn dogs, multiple sides, and multiple drinks and got their order and were gone by the time I finally had to leave to not be late to the event I was attending. read more

This place is about the worse of fast food I have ever encountered from the customer service center down to the management. I usually do not complain, however I had a issue with a order two nights in a row and I called there hot line which should be called a cold line cause no one calls you, however after two calls I received a call from the manager and she invited me back and I actually went back and the same manager that told me his issues is because of the minors he works with is the same manager that came to my car with a unwelcome attitude and was in defensive mood from the start.
