The previous night I had eaten somewhere in Collierville that didn't offer 'sweet tea' and they looked at me like they were unfamiliar with the term. Thankfully, just across the border in Mississippi, my love for the South was reaffirmed. The service was excellent and was just the friendly, polite, fast attention to my needs that I would expect from a local dive. After all, we treat people like family in the South; until they give us reason not to! The atmosphere was pleasant with a family feel, clean, well lit, and no music blaring. My waitress was attentive, positive, and quick to see to my needs while dining. My food arrived and it was delicious.
