I am starting to understand why everyone loves Chik Fil A. Service is fast, friendly, accurate, and consistent. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the line moves very fast. 20 car line at Chik Fil A is like a 3 car line at Taco Bell. They got our order right and asked us what type of sauce we wanted. I felt wanted at this place. The food tasted great. Pretty plain food but it was good and not that expensive. I got the Peach Milkshake and it tasted great. Lunchtime catering. I always use this location for catering at work. They are spot on with delivery and service. Their catering manager, Karrie Porter, is very friendly and provides tremendous service. I also visit this location for lunch. Drive through is generally wrapped around the building but moves incredibly fast. There are employees outside to take your order so you can keep it moving. Chick Fil A basically sells itself but service does vary by location. Olive Branch is usually a winner. Check them out. read more

The food is so consistent. I love love the staff. A gentleman brought my food to curbside and I had to wave him down to get extra dressing for my coworker. He said, "Yes ma'am, Ms. Amanda! What can I do for you?" And was so kind. I felt awful that he had to walk back, but he was so kind and gracious about it. I do a lunch run here every Friday for me and a few other OB teachers because #1 it's delicious #2 prices are reasonable #3 it's always correct and # 4 it is so easy to order with them on the app or in the drive though. I am a fan of this store however the employee at the window this morning wasn't the friendliest. And friendly smiling faces is usually what u get a your store. An error was made with my order and she acted like it was my fault, I made the apology that she never acknowledged. Sometimes the first face u see of the day will make all the difference in your day and I understand people have bad days but u need to check that at the door when u come to work. I went through the drive thru last night and it was a terrible experience. Unorganized. Long wait. Order taker seemed tired and ready to go home. Got to speaker and they tried to take my order again. Cars skipping each other because they don't direct you like the Winchester/Memphis location. Finally got to cashier/food delivery area and my order was wrong and the fries were cold.
