I normally don't have any issues here. Friendly faces, always busy, food usually do not disappoint. No complaints.

It's sad you can't even go to what use to be known as the top fast food place without checking your order before driving off now. Upsized my meal to a large and didn't realize till I got home my fries were barely half full. What makes it so unacceptable is that isn't something like making a mistake on a condiment or getting a wrapped up sandwich mixed up with another. That's a intentionally done thing. You don't not see the fry carton is half empty when you fill it, you also don't not realize that when you put it in the sack. That's right in front of your face but continued to do anyway cuz you just don't care about quality service. read more

Chick-fil-A - Half empty fry carton - Fast Food Near Me - Olive Branch, Mississippi

Food service is mediocre! Terrible Lettuce not fresh in salads Sandwiches with soggy bread and chicken crust coming off! Store is never clean! Floors with straw wrappers, food and dirt If tge inside is filthy, rest for sure the kitchen is nasty also! I will not be back! read more

Never a disappointment from this location. It can be busy during multiple times of the day, but the food is always on point. The staff inside will take great care of you and your family while dining in. I am a lifelong supporter of this CFA! read more

This was a good Chick Fil A once upon a time. Now, the service is terrible, the restaurant is nasty, and the food never seems to be fresh. If you have the option, go to another location or somewhere else all together. read more

Always very nice people but I swear this location is the slowest of any Chik fil a location I have ever seen. 35 minutes to wait in line is just unacceptable. read more

I've been going to this CFA literally forever, and I used to work there in high school/college. Over the past few years, the service has gotten slower and slower. Honestly, any other fast food place is a faster option at this point. It's really disappointing. The layout of this parking lot even stresses me out, so I just try to avoid this one if I can. read more

Thank you for your staff keeping smiles and safely service so many people today Dining room is closed but drive thru is certainly super busy. Instead of trying the drive thru I used the Chick-fil-A app and did curbside pickup Today's order was the four count chicken nugget kids meal with fries and honest apple juice the Polynesian sauce for the nuggets ketchup for the french fries and for myself I ordered the spicy grilled chicken southwestern salad with the spicy dressing and a large waffle fry with ketchup and avocado dressing on the side read more

I am starting to understand why everyone loves Chik Fil A. Service is fast, friendly, accurate, and consistent. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the line moves very fast. 20 car line at Chik Fil A is like a 3 car line at Taco Bell. They got our order right and asked us what type of sauce we wanted. I felt wanted at this place. The food tasted great. Pretty plain food but it was good and not that expensive. I got the Peach Milkshake and it tasted great. The spicy chicken deluxe is also a good choice. I like the mac and cheese more than the fries. read more

This is a first was doing so shopping in the shopping outlet and thought I would stop at Chick-fil-A for a bite so they asked me to pull and park when she finally came to the car it wasnot my order so I had a nice wait time of 10 min the manager came out apologize for my wait and gave me a brownie read more

It's delicious food that's executed great most of the time. Drive thru will take a while some time and result in cold fries like I got tonight read more

The drive thru isn't thought through enough. Wait time was crazy... and that's just to get to the drive thru. Major pedestrian and vehicle collision worthy. read more

Fantastic food. Always hot. Employees are super friendly. Wait time is minimal compared to other fast food

This is the best Chick-fil-a around!! Service is always on point. They don't miss a beat!

Lunchtime catering. I always use this location for catering at work. They are spot on with delivery and service. Their catering manager, Karrie Porter, is very friendly and provides tremendous service. I also visit this location for lunch. Drive through is generally wrapped around the building but moves incredibly fast. There are employees outside to take your order so you can keep it moving. Chick Fil A basically sells itself but service does vary by location. Olive Branch is usually a winner. Check them out. read more

As I sit in the line, at 1:00 p.m. on 7/16 I hear three employees complaining about their job and how they do not want to take anyone's orders. Mind you, the line is wrapped around the building and they stand there to complain. I would expect that from any other establishment but not CFA!!! Do better or at least whisper.... read more

Always efficient and friendly, the employees there are always a great help, always recommend

Melissa was so friendly! It was my 5 year olds' bday and he wanted to go to a CFA for lunch. This was the only one with a playground. Not only did she give him a free ice cream, but she also gave him a free birthday cow! The food was yummy as always and had fast service. We drive about 20 mins, past other CFAs, just to come to this one. read more

The food is so consistent. I love love the staff. A gentleman brought my food to curbside and I had to wave him down to get extra dressing for my coworker. He said, "Yes ma'am, Ms. Amanda! What can I do for you?" And was so kind. I felt awful that he had to walk back, but he was so kind and gracious about it. I do a lunch run here every Friday for me and a few other OB teachers because #1 it's delicious #2 prices are reasonable #3 it's always correct and # 4 it is so easy to order with them on the app or in the drive though. Even the owner is so polite. Just great all around and I'm glad to be a regular here! read more

One of our favorites in town. Always clean, with the amount of people they serve they provide a quick service and the food is always great.

Very interesting how this is the first chick-fil-A I have ever been to and they don't do military discount. They don't have hash browns for the morning meal kind of disappointing read more

Best Chick-fil-a I've been to in years!!! They go above and beyond the others!! Fast service and excellent, fresh food! I love the friendly faces and helpful kind people!! They still offer to refill your drinks or get anything you need. So many Chick fila's have stopped doing this. The one in Moore, OK even refused to give me cheese for my salad lol. Anyway, this one in Olive Branch Mississippi was so nice, I returned each day we were there and twice one day!! Thank you for your sweet spirit and servant's heart!! read more

I visit this location at least 3-4 times per week and am continually amazed & pleased with the curbside service. So quick & efficient & always a very nice greeting from the employees! Kuddos to this team!!! Keep up the great work! We do appreciate it as much as the consistent yummy food! read more

Slow service. Spent 30 mins in line. I've visited chick filas all over the country and this is by far the worst. Every time I visit, I always wait over 20 mins. Never again! read more

I don't know what's up with the people at this location, but this is the only location I go to that not only takes forever the people I talk to especially the ones on the phone have a serious attitude problem. read more

I am a fan of this store however the employee at the window this morning wasn't the friendliest. And friendly smiling faces is usually what u get a your store. An error was made with my order and she acted like it was my fault, I made the apology that she never acknowledged. Sometimes the first face u see of the day will make all the difference in your day and I understand people have bad days but u need to check that at the door when u come to work. So hopefully her day will get better and she can make the Chick Fil A experience better for the next person.. #smile Sarah W read more

Ordered a spicy southwest chicken salad, they was slow AF bringing out and didn't put chicken on it

Chick-fil-A is the Best restaurant in our nation! Those who feel its necessary to voice their opinion about boycotting this restaurant has nothing better to do. It's Chick-fil-A, so... What if God was one of us? Just a stranger on the bus? I'm pretty sure he'd be that girl in the Nissan Sentra ahead of me in line. The four horsemen will most likely grab a #1 with a chocolate shake before kicking things off. It's good. Eat it. read more
