I was with a friend that asked if I ever ate at Dodge's. I said no and the rest is history. My friend was extremely excited and immediately went straight to Dodge's. I had high expectations since my friend hyped it up so much. It was just ok. My friend ordered everything. We had egg rolls, Jojo's, spicy chicken wings, and a chicken kabob. The egg rolls are pretty big and quite tasty. I did not like the Jojos. The Jojo's are extra large potato wedges with an extra layer of batter/crunch nad extremely soft on the inside. I did not care for them. The spicy chicken wings were decent. The chicken kabob is insane. It is chicken chunks, pickles, onions, potatoes, and bell peppers battered and deep fried. 7 minutes ago I stopped by yesterday and ordered a 8 pc white fried chicken. I paid for a 8 pc white, and even repeated it back to him that I'm getting a white. The guy that helped me seemed to be the manager. When I got home which is 30 minutes away I noticed he had totally messed up my oder. 5 thighs, 1 leg and 2 wings and one of the wings still had feathers on in it by the way. If this guy is the manager or a employee he should know the difference between a breast and a thigh or a wing or a leg. There is no excuse for this and they definitely just lost a customer. As an employee of this location I am floored. Chasity, Corey, Courtney, Mary, and Kaylin- shout out to y'all for always working hard and making the night pleasant. LaTricia is beyond rude to her customers and worse to her staff, as she walks around on personal phone calls or hides away to eat food daily and frequently throughout the shift. Sandra is an absolute nightmare as she intentionally picks on employees and threatens them! Chris seemed like a great manager when I started, but learned very quickly he does not care for employees, is quick to be frustrated when approached with questions or concerns, and hangs up on his employees on phone calls. Tot and Chasity are the only managers that make this place tolerable. Also- watch out for those Kabobs! They serve those hours after they expire and do not permit employees to waste them after expiring! read more

There is a review that compares this pre-battered, steam pressure cooked, junk to Gus's Fried Chicken... This could not be any further from reality! This is gas station chicken! The only reason I can gave the store two stars is because they have the cheapest gas and the food is good. On the other hand, the customer service sucks big time. I mean it really sucks. The manager was extremely rude and ghetto. I had an small concern about my food item and I addressed the concern with the female cashier. She proceeded to ask the manager how to handle my complaint. Then, the manager started making "stank faces" and other inappropriate gestures in response to the cashier's question. This is not just a Chicken store, but a gas station combination. There is also pizza, breakfast biscuits(chicken,sausage/egg) made here. I really liked this station because the gas prices are the cheapest in the area. The reason I am scoring this location so low is because I recently purchased gas but noticed a delay when the pump started to run(money meter started before the gas came out) incorrectly. I thought it was just me and I blew it off. On my second visit, I did a test and raised the pump nozzle (some what) out of the tank to see if fuel was coming out. Low and behold, even at .06 mark, NOTHING WAS COMING OUT! This is truly a RIPOFF to all customers who do not notice this!!! I normally come here to get my fuel weekly, but with this type of funny business, this needs to be reported to the better Business Bureau! read more

First off, the chicken at this local chain (i.e. Arkansas & Mississippi) is much better than the crap you get at Gus's. The first time I ever ate their chicken, I was planning to eat only a few wings and save the rest for my brother. (And this was a reasonably sized box that had at least a dozen wings). The food is good and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Some days the employees can be a little grumpy but most of the time they're super nice! One of my fav cashier's (I believe her name is Neffe) is always super cheerful and smiling. The management isn't the best but the overall experience and design at the store is very comfortable. This is NOT just your average gas station food. The cooks are southerners who have been cooking chicken for years so rest assured it is ok! Once if not twice a week I have a co-worker that stops by here on the way to work and picks up breakfast for some of us folk. This store just reopened after being closed for several months for a total rebuild and it was well worth waiting for! The store looks great, the employees are well trained and very friendly and their new incarnation even has in-house made pizza and food delivery! I had been going to this store daily for years and was looking forward to the reopening and they have exceeded my every expectation. Great remodel aside from the parking lot layout and pump configuration, not very customer friendly at all - the inside is very awesome but too many employees and all of them seem to be running around aimlessly or confused, one set of registers should be for deli customers and one side for store customers, and also, not only sanitation reasons, but maybe have the cashiers stay at the register and get separate food runners, it would speed up the transaction process and slim down the wait times and lines as well as be food handling safety. read more

Dodges is a great place to fuel up and get a quick bite before heading to work (be prepared for the long lines). However, lunch time is a different story!!!! The first time I ordered via internet and requested the delivery time for 12:00pm but the driver did not arrive until 12:30. Besides the fact that I had to microwave the food, everything was what was expected. Just recently I ordered for my coworkers and myself and what a disaster!!! First of all, I placed the order via online and requested it to be delivered at 12:00pm. By 12:30 I called to check on my order and at first they stated that they couldn't find my order. After giving my name and delivery address repeatedly the worker stated that my order was already delivered. After I checked with both the employee entrance and the main entrance, I realized that my food was NOT delivered. I called back and explained to the worker that my food was not delivered to the correct address. The worker on the phone became really rude and told me that the driver gave it to the security guard only for me to inform her that WE DID NOT HAVE A SECURITY GUARD! By this time my lunch break was ending and I requested a refund. It's been two days and I have yet to receive the refund back to my credit card. NEVER AGAIN read more

I have seen this store go from good to bad. This morning was the last time I will go here for gas or food. Went in the store at 5:29 poured my drink and was the 3 person in line. There are 4 registers located here and there were 4 employees behind the counter. Only one open register. This lady makes a mistake on the sale and is not sure how to clear it. The line has increased to 12 people still no other open register. I make a remark to the employees behind the counter her reply was its shift change and I've been here 10 hours I'm not opening back up. Did I miss something here, when did the customer go from being served because we need the business to " I don't care if you have to stand in line for the whole day you can wait on us" Has it gotten to where management is unconcerned for the customer. By the time I left from there it was 5:57. 28 minutes how is this a convenience store. You have other complaints on here about the long lines. We if you don't care about the costumer I will help you with the long line and just not return here. I know you don't really care but at some point you will understand. There are plenty of places in Olive Branch that have the same services and they want my business. read more
