Let's do this! One of the best ways to circumvent bad service, food outages, and an overall plethora of problems is to download any fast food app that you plan on visiting. Load that junt on your phone, add your payment, and order through the app. Cut out so much bs and these folks love rewarding you in the app. Then you can just roll up to the speaker and say your name, no discussion, just pull up. I believe this has 100% up'ed all of my fast food experiences. Plus. Free. Stuff! If they are out of something, they seem to overly make up for it in other ways while knocking the original item off your check. Ordered a small side through the drive-thru. Obviously the clerk was not paying much attention because I had to repeat my order 3 times. Asked for a receipt. But was told it wasn't working. Would not recommend. Staff were very dismissive. One was on the phone, which was probably the reason why she messed up our order. Two separate people took our order, but never actually rung it up so we were very confused. Ended up paying for more than what we wanted once it was finally rung up. Was never given a receipt (paper was out) or offered a refund for the order being rung up wrong, which I know is a quick fix. Do better guys. Horrible customer service. read more

You're better off eating cigarette butts of the ground than eating anything from this place. They gave us our drinks with no ice and the drinks were room temperature. They were out of white meat chicken and the queso dip. They also didn't give us our potato wedges and gave us fries instead. This deserves zero stars. I went today at 5 PM to get a meal for my grandparent and when I pulled up to the drive-through, the lady was laughing with her coworkers. She asked me for my order and then completely got off of the Mic. I had to say hello seven times before she got back on the mic laughing hysterically then said "welcome to KFC. Can I get your order?" I said I just gave you my order she said "oh can you say it again?" Good grief. I thought this was a chicken restaurant. I came in at 7 PM on a Sunday (the drive-thru was down) to be told that they were out of all chicken but spicy because "all the chicken's frozen". I was told that it would take 18-20 minutes for a 12 piece grilled meal, which turned out to actually be 47 minutes. Customer service is great! That's the first thing that I pay attention to when I am spending my money. The restaurant was clean and staff very friendly. This KFC is so bad it's hard to find a starting place. I've been eating here for 8+ years and they just can't get any order right. The last visit will be my last. I always get an 8 pice dinner. Last week they gave me spicy breasts with crispy meal. Didn't give me the side of beans and no biscuit box. Biscuits are usually big and great tasting but these were mashed and chunked in with the chicken box. I always give them a nice tip because we love the food. The last two times we went the drive through was the only option due to COVID-19. I had to drive to the window to order? Drive through order speaker is broken or they can't understand the procedure? 25 minutes to get chicken strips at the drive thru!!! When I pulled up to the drive thru, there is a handwritten sign (in crayon) that indicated the speaker wasn't working. After pulling around and giving my order (and paying), they asked me to pull up to the front and wait. I waited and waited and waited. I finally went inside after 20 minutes to check on my food and they said they were getting to it! There was only ONE customer inside. It took them another 5 minutes after that to finish my order. There were 5 employees "working" but only one sloth on my order and the others standing around. The employees at this location must have been fired from every other job because this was a collection of the slowest, most apathetic people in the county. I visit this KFC several times a week. I work in this area so I eat here a lot. I have been coming to this KFC for probably over 1.5 years mostly for lunch. There's has been one employee that I have always been impressed this. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and the prices and helps every customer get what they want for the most affordable price. I know as long as she is taking my order that my food will come out as I ordered it. She greets every customer that walks through the door with the same respect. I worked as a manager for many years in a plant in that area and I know how difficult it is to find good employees. It's even more difficult to find an employee that is above the average person that really cares about their job and the people. This person's name is Dawn, now I don't personally know this lady but I feel like I do. She knows what I want without having to say anything, but I have also noticed that she knows what many other people want when they come in as well. She makes everyone feel like she is so glad that you stopped in to eat with them. She is definitely a rear breed. I can't speak for the quality of food other than lunch time, but I can say so far I have no complaints. Dawn you're an awesome employee and KFC should be proud of having someone that cares about their job as you do. Keep up the good work. I want to stress this point, I do not personally don't know this lady. All you have to do is visit this location at lunch time during the week and you will see for yourself the dedication, knowledge, and friendliness she has for everyone. read more

This establishment is perhaps the worst place I have been in a while; customer service, food, and wait times are beyond disturbing. I made a complaint to the manager about 3-4 weeks ago who stated she was a new manager trying to get the store in good standings and begged me not to file a complaint with corporate. Today was the first attempt to give it another try. Needless to say it was just as disappointing; no chicken "according to the manager who answered the phone", no bbq sauce, no pot pies, and to top it off when I asked for corporate office's number the manager "April" said there was not a corporate office anymore and I would have to call back and speak to the GM tomorrow because KFC closed their corporate office. How stupid do you think I am? All business' especially ones well known around the US have a corporate office. Furthermore, how does a chicken restaurant not have chicken? Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken basket for $5.49 = tax at the drive thru. When I opened to eat approx. 5 mins. latter, the bottom of the tray was full of grease and the biscuit was soaked with grease and soggy. The crust was hard and looked burnt. This was the most disgusting chicken I have ever got at any resturant. I would not reccomend anyone eat at this resturant. read more
