I was thinking the Libation Station would offer spirits but they do not, only beer!!! So if you want that booze, that hard liquor, that wine then you gotta make a stop in at the Plaza!!! I stopped in because I was wanting to see if they offered a blended scotch called "Grant's Ale Cask finish" and what price they were asking for it...(discovered this scotch back in November 2019 when I made a stop in at a Knoxville, TN liquor store as well as in Kingsport, TN. Hell even made a call to a liquor salesman once I got back to Louisiana to see if I could get some more and was told this scotch was NOT sold west of the Mississippi!!!) These folks offered it and was going to buy the 2 bottles they had on the shelf but then I noticed they were running a deal on "The Famous Grouse" at $13.99/750 ml bottle. Back home the cheapest I've ever found it was $19.99/bottle and usually it goes for $21.99/bottle. Well seeing that price I changed my mind and picked up several bottles of The Famous Grouse as I already had in excess of 4 bottles of the Grant's packed away for travel back to Louisiana. I'm telling you this place has an extensive selection of damn near any spirit or wine you might desire and the prices were more than reasonable!!! I went in and put my alcohol on the counter and as I'm pulling out my wallet out of my pocket she says "ID PLEASE!!," in the most disrespectful tone, with a raised voice like she was a cop or something. She then proceeds to stare at me for a solid thirty seconds to a minute as if my ID is fake or something, or I have used someone else's. I give her the money in cash and she literally threw my change at my hand rather than handing it to me like a normal person. I genuinely cannot believe the disrespect that this woman had. She was blonde with long hair blue eyes and middle aged. I am appalled at the treatment I received here. If you look younger I would suggest not going to this establishment, unless you want to be treated like absolute garbage.

I received the opposite of great customer service. The cashier was neither friendly, knowledgeable nor willing to help me with my inquiries. My first time here and lack of knowledge regarding organic wines (need for visiting guests that have allergies to sulfates) the clerk said I'm the last person you can ask about wines. Ok, I'll try Goggling some brands. When I asked her if they carried any of the brands she said I have no idea but couldn't help me locate any on shelves even though we were the only customers. Then at cashing out my husband requested military discount which they do offer, clerk said yes she will give us discount. He showed his ID, she cashes us out. I check receipt (+$100), I don't see any discount. I ask her to confirm discount and her response is, oh well, I don't know what to tell you I thought I gave it to you, nothing I can do now. Shrugs her shoulders and turns away. First and last visit to this store. I don't often buy much wine or liquor but like to shop local and shop frequent for all things from groceries to household goods and this was the worst service I have yet to receive-period.
