We pre-ordered 20 corn dogs on Halloween night (.50 each). My daughter went to pick up from a stall. She sat there for 20 mins, no response, no food. Yes, they knew she was there. The teenage managers mom who was working walked outside then back in and watched her from the door. Like, ha ha Im not serving you! I come to her rescue and go through the drive thru and place my order again. I drive to the window and tell the teen employee that my order was previously placed and should be ready. I gave my name. She said oh yes its ready. If its ready then why not deliver it to the stall where my daughter has been for 30 minutes now! I paid for my order in cash, $11. The teen asks me to keep my change, what? Im in a drive thru? No, you cant have my change. I dont care if it was only .25 after the way we were treated I wouldn't give .01! I get our bag of 20 lukewarm corn dogs and ask for condiments. The teen comes back with 1 ketchup and 1 mustard. She said, if I want any more I'll have to pay extra. I couldn't believe it. I told her, we have 20 corn dogs and 2 packs of condiments, what am I gonna do with that? She shrubs her shoulders and closes the window. I couldn't believe it. Did I mention the teen manager just stood in the background with her arms folded, looking straight ahead and did not acknowledge anything that took place. I looked for the receipt on the bag but was not given a receipt either. I will not be back. This is not the 1st time receiving poor service and cold food but gave them another chance to get ut right. This was our last visit at Sonic- Middleburg, FL. I would report this to the GM of the store but she wouldn't do anything about it bc they need employees too bad to reprimand them for their poor service, long wait, cold food, no receipt, asking for money and rude attitude. show!! No Management! Teenagers so confused on what to do! On their phones screwing off!! No sense of anything. SMH this place is going down quickly if they don't get some sort of decent management in here. Did an App order and took 30 min of waiting before I clicked the button to ask what was up... she informed me they are short staffed. I then waited in line at the drive through another 30 min. And at the window another 10 because after giving me 3/4 of my food no one ever came back to ask why I was still there and then tried to give me someone else's food. There were 8 cars behind me when I pulled out of the drive through, 2 cars in stalls ans 4 people at the patio. Shit this place down or get new management this is just BAD!! read more

i'm truly surprised this location hasn't been shut down. every time i have been there, my order is wrong, food is cold, or old.

My two sisters and I ordered on the app today and got three drinks, three pretzels, and a large frie to share. The woman who brought us our food and drinks did not say hello, good afternoon, NOTHING!! Two of the three drinks were blue and she didn't say which was which and walked off. We noticed there was no cheese so I asked my sister did they come with the pretzels? I looked on the app and they do. I pressed the red button still trying to figure out the drink situation. She answered and as I was talking she started yelling and interrupting me. As she walked out with the sauces we got instead of cheese because we were failed to be informed they were out. She tossed them at me and my whole drink went all on my lap. She walked off and once again didn't say anything. I know people have bad days but don't take it out on your customers please. read more

Came this morning (03/29 at 9:25am) so this is for the woman working the window and taking orders. I pull up, only one car is there to eat. I pull through the drive through, a very unhappy cranky voice says "what can I get you" well, good morning to you too ma'am. and this is how the rest of the conversation went: Me:" Hi, I'll take a number 16" Her: "Which one?" Me: "The breakfast toaster" Her: "Ugh, bacon or sausage?" In the most RUDE "i dont wanna deal with you" voice I have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. Like all she had to say was bacon or sausage instead of "which one" It made me so mad I told her "actually Im good" and left. Whoever the manager is needs to handle this place better bc you're going to keep losing customers left and right when you hire such rude people. She ruined my whole day bc I am nothing but nice when I go places like this. Why work a customer service job if you can't talk to people kindly, especially to people who were being so polite? Also I live by being nice to people because you never know what someone is going through. Won't be coming back, this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had someone act like I was inconveniencing their life by ordering food. And fast food workers want $15 an hour, lol YEAH RIGHT. read more

Went to Sonic in Middleburg today and placed my order in the drive thru. Only to get to the window and see two cashiers who appeared to be teenagers touch a dog through the window in a customer's vehicle. That is the nastiest thing you could do when you have to touch customer's food and drink. When I go to the window I simply said "I hope you washed your hands". Which both young ladies appeared to have attitudes. You don't touch animals then go to bag food. They proclaimed to have washed their hands. Then I check my food and the hot dog in the wacky pack appeared to be undercooked. I'm 7 months pregnant and I like my hot dogs cooked "well done". The one young woman closed the drive thru window in my face as I'm talking. This is why fast food workers are getting beat up and more. The service here sucks they're so slow and they're always out of something. read more

My husband and I like an occasional Saturday night ice cream and seems like every single time we come to this location the Blasts we order are only vanilla ice cream with a few toppings on the top and never anything mixed throughout. Very disappointing and now that it is a continuous thing we probably won't be back. read more

My experience here is pretty hit or miss when it comes to the food. Either go in the morning when they're making stuff fresh OR when it's a bit busier and you know they're just cooking up new stuff. I say this BECAUSE... I went to go get the new popcorn chicken they had and I could just tell they had been sitting out under a heating lamp or something - DANG NEAR STALE T____T But of course, we all come here for the slushies and shakes. My favorite will always be the Fresh Fruit Lime Slush, super good! The Cherry Limeade Slush is pretty good too (although because of drinking it here, I didn't know cherry limeade is carbonated. When they make it as a slush there is no carbonation!) Don't forget about half price drinks from 2-4pm :) read more

We waited for someone to take our order for an hour, during that time we hit the red button at least 6 times, no one ever responded. And it wasn't just us, other people left too. Terrible service, they were flat out ignoring customers because they were too busy. Maybe you're wondering why we sat there for so long? Well. Let me telllll youuuu. The cops showed up. The manager came out and explained to the officer that the teenagers in the parking lot had been there since 7 pm and hasn't left. That's it. He wanted them gone. He didn't say he asked them to leave, so I'm sure he didn't. Maybe he was too busy to do it himself. But he wasn't too busy to call the cops on some teenagers who weren't causing any problems. We were there, the teenagers were just hanging out on a Saturday night and staying out of trouble. They were doing nothing wrong. The manager is a flaming a** hole. Bad manager. Bad customer service.
