Came here for lunch as I was craving a burger that tastes like it was cooked on the backyard BBQ. Asked for it well done as I usually do and it was perfect, definitely not dry. I ordered cheddar as the cheese which is my favorite. The lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle were all fresh too. Service was nothing to right home about as you order like a fast food restaurant and then collect the food from the counter when it's ready. The hardest working is the young man who clears the tables as he always seems to work the days I've been here. Ambiance is noisy, but it's lunch time so that's a positive. Outside of that, it's clean with outside covered seating if weather permits. read more

I took my sister here for burgers and shakes for her birthday. The burgers were fabulous although I thought they were a little pricey for the type of service that you got with them. You ordered at a register, paid for your food and then took a seat and you are called up to get your food when it's completed. I feel like that could be a better process. Although the burger connoisseur loved hers and the shakes came on in an old timey metal shake container with enough in it for a second glass, they too were pretty good. Wait seems a little longer even when they're not too busy but I think it's because they make a lot of the items as ordered which makes a huge difference with the quality of their food. Does not provide table service. Need to order and pick up at counter but that's ok because the food is worth it. Lots of parking available, and inside (including the bathroom) is clean. Only downside is that there are no menus at the beginning of the order line. I only saw menus at the register. I have been to 2 different Loop location, one was the orange park and one was in Town Center, both times I was not impressed. So when the family decided to have lunch at the loop in Fleming Island I was not excited and my expectations was very low. The Fleming Island locations is somewhat newish I think? It was my first time going at this location and I am impressed. The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly. Food : I was debating if I am going to order the burger or salad? Burger sounds amazing and you cannot really mess up a burger right? but I ended up getting the classic Caesar salad and I added grilled salmon, I was scared to add the salmon since like what I said I did not have great experience (food wise) here at the loop, our food came and my salmon looks amazing and thankfully tasted amazing as well! it was cooked to perfection and it was fresh! I devoured my salad with salmon and I was full! This experience changed my perspective to try Loop more often, thankfully I have a great experience and I will definitely will be back here and try different things on the menu. read more

Since they closed the Orange Park location we had eaten at for over ten years, we had to find a new Loop. This was a great choice. Loop is fast casual and ordering is fast and efficient. You get your own drinks and pick up your own food when the pager flashes. Salads, burgers, and chicken sandwiches are all very good. They have excellent onion rings as well. I want to put in a plug for the new Pinsa pizza. My family loved it, we bought three different ones and ate every bite. Definitely worth a try. read more

Fancy pizzeria vibes! This location is clean and tidy with nude lighting. Plenty of space for small and large parties. Staff wearing mask and gloves. SLOW SERVICE!!! The line is going almost to the door but just 1 register is open. There were 2 for a short while but the "manager" pulled one. I've been going to the loop for over 20 years. Last night might have been my last visit! Three visits in a row (in the last 4-5 weeks), we've had horrible experiences. In the past visits we've waited over 30 mins for our Food. We had our order messed up etc. Last night we had it all. It took over 15 mins for an order of chips and fries that we specified were for younger kids while we waited for the rest of our party. Then I ordered a burger with broccoli as a side. First, they made the wrong burger. Whatever. Then I ordered it medium. It came out gray, hard and tasteless. Tasted like a frozen patty from a grocery store. Then the bun was stale, not toasted, old and stale. Then there was about enough broccoli to feed a toddler. Finally, there are no condiments to be had, so I asked for stir sauce and ketchup. They fill the pre-filled cups with so little, I needed triple to have enough. When you're paying $27, and getting a burger and salad, while drinking water, you'd think they could afford to provide adequate condiments. I'm just extremely disappointed and over it already. Customers calling in orders beware: Unfortunately this place is too busy and does not need "takeout orders" business....call in number for starters is hit or miss (sounds like a fax machine then disconnects, but this number eventually worked so keep trying if you have the patience. Finally got thru and gentleman who said "I have a long line in front of me hang on it will be a few minutes....so I waited 26 minutes and no answer just kept me on hold no courtesy reminder to hang on, finally just gave up. Loopity loop I liked my soup!!! I ordered some french onion soup and it was pretty good. Could of been better if they placed the croutons under the cheese rather than over it but the flavor was evident. My mother ordered a medium well burger that came out rare but luckily the management cooked another burger to order in which was pure perfection. In addition they topped it off with fresh new fries. Staff (most) wear their face masks over their chin with nose exposed and one employee wore hers under her chin the whole time we were in the restaurant. When asked why, received an appology and all but one employee placed their mask on correctly. If restaurants are expecting staff to wear face covers, and advertise this, then staff should abide because it's a BIG turnoff to see slack participation. What else is being ignored? My business will be cut until things change. read more

I'm a die hard Loop lover and if you know me you will know why This is probably my 10th visit to this particular location, although I have visited other locations often over the years, but each time this location just doesn't quite live up to it's namesake. The food generally takes 20+ minutes to make it to the buzzer round, the burgers are over charred and under seasoned, the caramelized onions need some work, the croutons are cut so small that they are over cooked, the Walnut Gorg is a disaster, and my beloved bisque is rarely hot. The counter staff is hit or miss. This certainly isn't the most hospitable crew. Maybe a year in they are still working out some kinks? If you are new to The Loop and decided it isn't for you after your first visit I urge you to give it another chance. Visit some of the old school locations that are doing it right and give this location a chance to grow. read more
