Got two corn dogs and a medium onion rings ordered from the drive up car hop spot. I enjoy paying from the board without needing to give my card to car hop but I worry about skimmers on them to be sure, but I think they look very secure built in to the order board. Got my food quickly but the corn dog tasted liked it was warmed in to microwave but even worse were my onion rings that had to be replaced because they were not cooked all the way! Gross! But whomever replaced my rings did a perfect job, but I should not have to get my food replaced, just cook it correctly. Oh well, IMO maybe go next door or go local. read more

Stopped by this Sonic location early in the morning as it was along the way of our road trip. It was a little over a mile as we exited I-95, and when we pulled into the Sonic lot, there seemed like a long line at the drive-through. We attempted to order from the parking lot but the guy on the telecom asked us to come up by the drive-through. Thankfully, the line moved quickly enough that we were able to move up to the window after placing our order. The guy working the window was pleasant and accommodating that we really enjoyed and appreciated the service we received on our brief encounter here. read more

Very slow. Asked for my order, and I gave it to them. Then asked me to repeat it again after saying the entire order. So I repeat again, then a short pause and they ask for my order again. Then as she is repeating my order back, still gets it wrong. On top of that, the wait was ridiculous. There was only one car in front of us and still took forever. Over 20 minutes just to order the food and actually receive it, then gets an attitude when asking for a straw. By the time we left, there were 4 cars waiting in the drive thru wait line to the point no other cars could pay, then atleast 6 other cars behind that car. Guess that one car before pushed them over their capacity. The reason for the delay...oh well we cook your food to order. All I ordered was a 6 piece happy meal and two shakes. Will not be back. Worst service I've ever had. Ate there with hubby a couple of months ago. First issue...speaker wasn't working right...they couldn't hear us...tried again said can I help you...we ordered...no response..sat there awhile...didny even suggest to us we move...after 10 min we moved...told her they couldn't hear us at other speaker it may be broken...response..oh yeah we couldn't hear you. Ordered 2 coney combos with onion rings and cokes...asked them to please add mustard and onions to both...carhop brought 2 coneys...mustard and onion on one....1 order onion ring....1 coke....took her 10 min to bring other onion ring and coke...never did get mustard onion on other coney. My chicken sandwich wash dry and rubbery, inedible. But when I told them about it they were apologetic and returned my money. Also there were so many flies it was annoying. I know it is and out door eatery but there are things you can do to help that situation, like spraying. Not a good experience for a first time customer. One star only because there is no ZERO STAR!!! Worst sonic ever! Had to wait longer than normal after pushing the call button, the place was not that busy and our waitress was smoking a cigarette while skating in and out of the bathroom... it was gross. The restrooms were disgusting. We waited 35 minutes after ordering simple food items, and then when we asked if our food was almost done, the people working there answered "huh?" Like they had no clue that we ordered. Our waitress disappeared, so we left. We have eaten at sonic before, but this place just plain sucks. We stopped in for supper tonight and the service was very poor and we were traveling home from Florida to Pennsylvania! We wanted to get out and stretch our legs and use the bathroom while we were there so we ate outside but it seemed that the drive thru customers were more important and the waitresses messed up my sisters order and we asked for sauce for my daughters chicken tenders. She fixed my sisters drink but we were waiting at least 10 -15 min later for my nephews hot dog and the waitress is outside on her cell phone. We had to go to the door and remind them about the hot dog and sauce. We got the hot dog but no sauce so we just left after being there for almost an hour! We didn't take long to eat it was waiting for food! The lady that was out there near us had to remind them about her 1 shake she ordered about 5-10 min later! Worst place to eat...ordered our food..they couldn't hear me through the intercom so came outside and wrote down order and still messed up order..hour later still waiting for my son's messed up order which was supposed to be a regular hot dog with only ketchup...The bill for two people to eat was almost 20.00 which is really expensive!! I also got a orange fanta float and ended up with just a orange soda..they did give me another float but they said they were short staffed but had almost 5 or 6 people working.
