It was about time that Someone take a leap and open a Baskin-Robins here in Lawrence. The Staff is very nice, fast, polite, and they don't mind special orders/request as I do order mine a special way with extra of my favorite stuff. Even even when they are packed busy, they are still very prompt to get your order and get you on your way or sitting down enjoying your ice cream. I am a Lawrence resident that is from to West Coast where Baskin-Robbins are everywhere and I have missed Baskin-Robbins for so long and I am so happy that we have one and we have a great one. I would definitely recommend going and treating yourself or taking the family and getting your favorite ice cream because it is so good, it's better than any ice cream in the store in my opinion. I have been having a bad night. I don't want to elaborate, but it was a cookie emergency sort of…read morenight. It is what it is. I ordered a box of cookies and a side of icing and sprinkles, and they only delivered the cookies, no icing. That's fine, stuff happens and I can't be mad about cookies on my porch. I called them up to ask about the icing and they knew exactly who I was and why I was calling; they had that icing sent back out in like six more minutes, maybe four, I don't know, it was fast. Not only did they deliver my missing icing, they gave me what must have been an apology box of cookies which contained 75% of the cookies that had already been ordered and previously delivered! Omg, whatever will I do with all of these extra treats!??? Honestly, tonight was a terrible evening outside of the insomnia cookie experience. If I'm ever in a cookie emergency again, I will be ordering from these folks, even if they have to send out two cars to complete my order.

As a fast food service this branch in particular has outstanding service every time and you can tell it's made to order. This isn't a method they all use unfortunately, but I think this one is a great representation! I rarely drink soda as well, but a root beer float paired with the butter burger and hot crinkle fries? Yessssss please! Since I rarely dine in, this is one of the only fast food restaurants I trust to make my food without me looking...which is honestly a big deal! Whenever I do have extra time to go inside there is never a long wait, the restaurant is clean and sometimes you may have an employee hold the door open for you.
