Great customer service at this location. Came here around 6:40am Nov, 4th. The employee was very pleasant and helpful.

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a sprite with grape. I waited a little longer than I was expecting, but I noticed they had many other customers at that time so I digress. When I received my food, the carhop who gave it to me (I think their name was Bradly) apologized for the wait and also asked if I wanted more napkins or condiments. It made the wait not feel as bad. Orde a drink pull to the window and the lady at the window says "Yes" so I look perplexed and confused and I asked her is that the you greet ur customers, she says "what did you have " very rudely and I asked her again is this how you speak to ur customers she then rolled her eyes so I asked for the manager she told I am the manager so I asked for her name and corporate number, she gave me her name long time came back with a number for a Carlos. The number that she gave me does not work is disconnected and it is not number being that I come from a food service background I best to treat everybody equally if you're having a bad day, are you frustrated? I mobile ordered a shake at 11 (this place closes at midnight) but they just didn't make it and didn't refund me. My app wasn't working (bad WiFi) and whenever I tried to press the red button, the lady just told me that they're closed which is wrong and a lie. And so it was that I stopped here and got myself a mini chocolate malt which was offered at half price after 8:00 pm. I had come to Hillcroft Avenue to pick up my wife from Shahnai's banquet hall. It was quite late and I had not eaten anything. I pulled in, looked at the choices and tried to order the smallest chocolate malt which was $1.99. I was not being stingy, I was committing a diabetic's blasphemy! I knew the sugar high would disorient me. But I was prepared for the subsequent remorse. I hit the red button and tried to order. Here's how it went, more or less. Sonic radio is blaring overhead so I can barely hear anything. S - Welcome to Sonic, can I take your order? N - I would like the smallest chocolate malt please S - One large slushy, what kind? N - I want the smallest chocolate malt milk shake S - A chocolate shake, what size? N - M A L T - malt. S M A L L - small S - A mini chocolate malt? N - YES When the young man brought out the shake, I asked him politely if he had taken my order. He had and he apologized for the confusion. I laughed and blamed it on the music blaring from the speakers above. I took a sip of the extremely sweet malt, felt the sugar high creep up and drove off to pick up my wife. Good stuff! I love the breakfast that's served all day and of course the Ultimate Drink Stop! Get the Route 44 strawberry limeade with less ice. Yum and refreshing. Want something different? There's so many to choose from. My favorites depending on the day: jumbo popcorn con, con strips,footling qtr pound coney, or the super sonic dbl cheeseburger. Haven't friend the country fried steak sandwich yet, but I'll have to sometime. Only thing I think missing is they need a fish sandwich of some sort. This is a great location with friendly staff and fresh food! I have been a fan of Sonic for years. Every time I am in the vicinity of one I am tempted to stop by. Today I made a quick run to Harwin to do some jewelry shopping. On my way back to the freeway I stopped into this Sonic location for a quick bite. As I waited for my order I thought I was waiting a bit longer than normal. Soon a cheery carhop with a contagious smile brought me my food and then I knew why I had waited a bit.
