This is the slowest service I've ever had in my entire life. We sat waiting for two hot dogs for 40 minutes, I could've just went to the store and got hot dogs and made them myself. Absolutely the WORST! 20 minutes waiting to place my order at the drive thru, then after I paid they shuffled me to one of the eat in spaces with the menus, I told the cashier if you put me there you'll forget about me- the 3 waiting for food spaces were already filled, 23 minutes later still no master blasts. I called the Sonic asked for the manager, told him the delay, 10 minutes after that, I finally received 2 master blasts- the wrong ones. Ok. Here's the relevant part of my order. #1 with cheese, onions, mustard and hot chili only... With tots and a cherry limeade. I'd also like a large order of onion rings. This was ordered at the drive thru then *again* at the window. I got a # 1 with no cheese, no mustard, plus pickles, onions and hot chili. I also did NOT get the onion rings. Usually I give places the benefit of the doubt but this Sonic has had trash service each time I have been and my boyfriend says it's the same for him. The first time I went I only got a slushy, but it took forever for it to come out. The next time I went I ordered a burger with no mustard and no onions. They put mustard and onions on the burger. I sent the burger back and the worker claimed they were so sorry and they would fix me a new burger. When he finally arrived with the "new burger" I thanked him and drove off only to get down the road and see that they gave me the exact same burger without even removing the onions. The last time I went I ordered a burger combo with Sweet tea. Like usual, the wait time was long. When we finally got our food we started eating and all was well except they forgot to give us straws. So we waited even longer to get straws and once we finally got them I was so thirsty I started drinking my tea right away only to taste something.. what it was? I'm not sure, but it wasn't tea. It tasted as if they had poured a slushy into the cup and then realized the drink was supposed to be tea and decided to just pour tea over the slushy. That's what I hope at least. I've been to this location a couple of times. Always friendly service, always make the slushes well. However, this time as I was ordering the person kept trying to change what I was ordering for some reason. She didn't act like she couldn't hear me she just insisted that I was saying it wrong or something. Blue coconut slush with real lime and nerds (delicious when made right by the way lol). She insisted that I wanted a limeade with blue raspberry. As I was trying to confirm the blue coconut after hearing her read my order back wrong it was like she cut off the communication so she couldn't hear me. As I pulled up to the window I tried to confirm again and asked directly "that's blue coconut and not blue raspberry right?" She looked right at the screen and said "yes blue coconut" I saw her shirt said manager so I figured I could trust her. Get the drink and receipt. Pull up a little to let the person behind me up. Read the receipt and it clearly says blue raspberry. Soooooooooo a manager read blue raspberry on the screen and blatantly lied to my face saying it was blue coconut. Really??? It's not that big of a deal that it was mixed up for me. Still tastes good, but to lie to my face over something so simple, as a manager at that. Do not listen to these people who are getting paid to say nice things about this place cause it's all Lies! I wish I could give this a zero star rating. This place is a miss every single time. Even if you're ordering only 1 thing. My wife ordered a #1 and of course they got it wrong and when we told them that they took it back and came back with the SAME BURGER. Then we ordered a sweet tea.... HORRIBLE. It taste like they was about to use that cup for a slushy but then remember we ordered sweet tea and just mixed it together. We told them they forgot the straws and it took them 10-15 mins to brings us TWO straws. And they wouldn't even have done it if I didn't ring in for a second time. I've stopped in here 3 times over the last year. Each time I ordered an American hot dog and onion rings. They haven't had the onion rings either time, even though they are on the menu. When I went last Friday there were no onion rings and they told me to wait in the slot behind to two cars that ordered before me and were also waiting. Just recently moved here from California and was happy to see a Sonic! Love Sonic ice, but that is where the love stops. Absolute worst service I have EVER encountered in my life. These poor people couldn't get my order right if I had helped them out in the kitchen. They brought our order out wrong 3 times, SERIOUSLY? i come to this sonic quite often actually, however today will probably be my last visit to this location for a while. Ordered lunch outside (footlong chili cheese coney, regular chili cheese coney, and large order of tots) and have never had such poor customer service in my life. The carhop walks our order out, dropping tots out of the bag along the way, comes to our table, sets the food down and at that time i simply ask for a hand full of ketchup, the carhop sets 3 small ketchup packets down on the table.. 3 ketchup packets to split between 2 people, a footlong, a regular, and a large order of tots.. i ask the carhop if we could get some more ketchup as 3 wasnt the handfull that i asked for, he rolled his eyes and walked away without saying "yes i'll grab more" or "no".. comes back out to our table and slings 3 more small ketchups down then walks away smirking with a smartalic attitude.. any other time the people there we deal with always tell us they'll come back to see how everything is going, but the carhop today has ruined your reputation there and we will not be back for a while. read more

I left to go to another place but returned because after a conversation with the manager Jerry said he would make it right and the food would be on him. I decided to give them another chance. I've been here countless times... Sonic was a late night junk food staple during undergrad at Hampton U. However, I recall on at least three separate occasions, ordering a chicken sandwich, & it being still frozen/raw in the center. I love a nice rare steak, but raw frozen chicken? I still don't understand the physics of how a chicken sandwich can be crispy & burnt on the outside & icy & uncooked on the inside. Can't go wrong with the tots or the mozzarella sticks though. Menu is full of lots of options, chicken, hot dogs, mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese, burgers and of course breakfast! The best part is they serve their full menu all day so you can have breakfast whenever you want. We came today because they had $1 hot dogs. Order was taken as soon as I pressed the button and he was very polite and made sure I got what I wanted (what kind of breakfast sandwich and what kind of chili hot dog). We received our order within 5-8 minutes from a very nice gentleman on roller skates. Our order was correct, very glad he left the relish off like we asked. The hot dogs were exactly what we expected, tots amazing like always and the croisonic sandwich was pretty good. Our second order was also taken just as fast but it took longer to come out, only because we ordered shakes this time and they typically take longer. Didn't see The peanut butter bacon shake on the menu but he said he could still make one for me, so I was very ecstatic. Ordered a powerade slushie and onion rings earlier tonight. A simple order. First i asked for a large powerade slush, to which the drive through attendant nastily replied " orange powerade slush? Whats that?" I clarified and continued my order and the attendant continued with her nasty attitude. I got to the window and they gave me my slush and told me to pull up and wait on the onion rings. Two employees came to my truck with the wrong orders and when i told them my order their demeanors would change... as i waited i wondered if they were spitting in my onion rings or if i was being paranoid. Onion rings finally came out and i drove home so i could inspect them before eating them. Get out of my car with my order to realize that a TINY PINHOLE WAS POKED IN THE BOTTOM OF MY SLUSHY CUP!!! Half of my slushy had leaked out in my car and the rest was leaking onto me as i stepped out of my car! I now have a personal vendetta against this sonic and its employees! Its a shit hole and at least one of its employees is a shit person! Worst service ive ever had at a drive through and i felt it deserved my first and only yelp review. Honestly this place deserves a negative 2 stars. After waiting twenty minutes in a line that wasn't moving I drove up to the speaker where I waited another six minutes to try and place my order, after seeing no one was ahead of me in line and at least seven cars behind me I drove to the window where three employees were laughing and playing even when they acknowledged I was waiting. After 14 dollars and 3 milkshakes they were running like milk. The managers excuse was the soft serve couldn't hold up to the milk shake machine, the whole thing was a mess. This review is based on the service. Anytime I go to this Sonic I receive terribly slow service but earlier this week I was fed up. My friends and I went to get milkshakes on a Thursday night. When we finally got to the spot to take our orders(drive thru) the man said he'll be right with us. We waited approximately 10 mins before we left. We never got to take our orders and there was only one car in front of us. The drive in part had maybe three cars total. So why does it take more than 10 mins just to even take my order? The concept is simple, press the button, order the food, then the food is delivered to the car with a smile. This did not happen. After pressing the Red Button and waiting for more than 10 minutes, I changed stalls. We even watched as another customer ordered, received his food and drove off. He must have been the one lucky customer to get the good service today. At the second stall, the employee answered my call, albeit unenthusiastically. I ordered food and finally got it. Our fries, a staple of fast food, were cold and stale. It was as if they were made a few days ago.
