The fajita chicken wrap sauce was so messy and so thick it covered all three pieces of the parchment paper it was wrapped in. There was only one stall for each restroom and it's apparent this was not a good option to stop at. When we got there it was not too crowded but the wait to use the restrooms and the badly cooked food was entirely way too long even if made fresh to order. I can imagine as crowds grow you'll get many more criticism about how you can service the public better with staff who come to work ready to fulfill orders and be helpful. I've been to plenty of Whataburgers and love them and have never had such awful unexpected experience.

We had the unfortunate episode of taking my elderly mother there for lunch on Wednesday. They were slow to take orders, it was covered in flies, the workers were inefficient. They had several Hispanic men trying to get lunch and a front counter person was doing all but making fun of them because she didn't speak Spanish. She made no effort to assist them or try to help. Fortunately another customer helped (hello, you can order by NUMBER) Later, when we did FINALLY order, the employee kept running back to let us know which sides were OUT...THREE TIMES. My personal favorite is the club sandwich. Cant leave out that have to top off every meal with cobbler and ice cream, I like the blackberry, wife likes the peach. Have a lot of books and kids play area inside. Very comfortable setting and the employees are always friendly and attentive.

However, we were seated right away on the patio and received our food promptly. Our waitress, (I believe her name was Emma), was the sweetest person and did an amazing job! The food was delicious! Riverhouse Grill is always clean and inviting (especially on the patio). One of my favorites in Glen Rose!
