No baked potatoes, 1 bottle of A1, the waitress was passing from table to table. My husband had to ask the waitress for a drink refill. Men's bathroom was out of order. The RED paint on the chair ruined my husband shorts. We actually thought it was just something sticky on the chair! WRONG.... Everyone in there saw the RED paint on his shorts!!! We asked to speak to the owner, The waitress came back and said that it would be at least 30 Minutes before he could come speak to us! Did not try to resolve the issue at all! This was just rude & a uncaring response, Especially after paying over $80 in this establishment! We will never go back there, and we will NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!

Franklinton is my hometown first and foremost. Since I moved to Virginia 10 years ago, the only…read moretime I travel here is during Christmas time to visit family. Over the last few years, local businesses have opened up paving the way for more choices, which is way better than when I was coming up. I actually wanted to stop by here and give them a shot last year after viewing their page on Facebook and with friends of mine posting on their feeds, but I came at a time where they may have been closed (don't remember honestly). Now, I finally had the chance to check them out. Calling for takeout was pretty simple. Place your order via phone and they'll let you know how long it'll be ready. My order was the Wild Hog pizza which consists of Sweet BBQ sauce, ham, sausage, bacon and mozarella cheese. Also, they had their custard flavor of the week. Given this is the last week of 2021, how better to top it off with Celebration Cake custard. So I requested one scoop. 15 minutes later, pick it up via drive-thru window. Again, easy and simple. From the first bite to the last, I can say I'm impressed. The pizza was done just right. Medium sized, which you can finish in one setting. And I like the fact that this pizza had equal toppings and cheese which equal the size of the crust. Very important for any pizza lover out there. And the custard.....flavorful indeed. Just like eating an actual piece of cake. I truly enjoyed this meal from start to finish. Needless to say, I am glad Franklinton has a spot that is fresh and one that can continue to grow. And I am also happy to say you have a fan in myself. Keep it up!
