We moved here about a year ago, and my husband LOVES DQ blizzards, and everyone else in the family…read morejust loves ice cream. Who doesn't?! We came from a large city, out of state, where DQ service was fast, friendly and efficient! So, imagine our surprise when the Picayune DQ has HORRIBLE service! We went everyone weekend for several months at different times of day, hoping we could find some time when it didn't take 45 minutes + to get ONE blizzard...we never did! We even used the DQ app to order ahead. It did NOT decrease the wait time! In fact, using the app caused more problems. The kids working inside are consistently on their phones or playing grab@$$ with each other, instead of working. Once, they handed us out what might as well have been a milkshake because we had been waiting for 45 minutes to get it. Another occasion, they said they never received the order, they didn't care if we had a confirmation in the app, an email, nothing. They said the app has nothing to do with the store, so we had to re-pay and get a refund later for what we had already paid for on the app. So that was a hassle because we then had to digitally get money back from corporate. We also ordered on the app, pulled up, told them we had an app order, waited in the drive thru for nearly 45 minutes again, and then were told their blenders were down. So this time they had to fill out paperwork for a refund. It's 100% not worth it. We will never get the hours of our life back that we spent waiting for ice cream. A quick google search gave us another option, for a mom and pop sweet treat shop in town that did not disappoint! Service was fast and friendly, they had a ton of options and the final result was delicious. There are also two other fast food options with ice cream nearby. We will never be back to Dairy Queen again. Don't waste your time here.

When I moved my dish it felt cold. The pasta and sauce were barely warm. Did I bring any of this to the attention of the staff?
