Didn't order pepperoni and literally no mushrooms and maybe 3 onions. Terrible

Used to love this place however it has drastically declined. We live in Plainview decided to order 2 medium pizzas and take the drive (22 mins one way) pick it up. Show up they got the order wrong and it was one medium pizza. OK whatever it was a mistake well we get home and no not only was there only one but it's not even the right toppings. $28 for a 12" Pizza. Did I mention they charge $8 for you to pay with a credit card?! Insane. We call and get told we can return the pizza and they'll remake it correctly but they do not refund for any reason... Really sad that this is what's become of a place we really used to enjoy. We won't be returning. 1&1/2 hours of drive time to return something that was made wrong and wasn't the 2 we ordered and told even upon return they will not provide us with a refund really people.... Fiasco from the moment the order wasn't taken correctly. Can't leave zero stars so enjoy the one that's required.

The pizza was very good. They put a lot of cheese. We ordered a personal pan pizza and a large supreme pizza.

Best pizza on town my opinion. My kids love it as well. It's the closest I can get to home up north while in Franklinton

We went to Milan's on a Wednesday night, 4 adults and 2 children, found it on Yelp with good…read morereviews. One of the kiddos wanted pizza. Upon arrival parking was tight and inside was packed, good sign. We were told to give them a minute that they were busy but would accommodate us. We were seated outside after the table was dried off for us. It had been raining earlier. Outside was large and spacey with tables and couch along with tv and some toys for the kids. Service was slow and received numerous apologies along with the excuse they were super busy. They have a good selection of local draft beers. We ordered kids food immediately along with 3 drafts, 2 waters and 2 cokes. Drinks came after a few minutes. Kids food came after probably 20 min or so, kids cheese pizza was piping hot along with kids chicken tenders and fries. Kids cheese pizza was phenomenal. Kids chicken tenders and fries were terrible. Fries were completely over cooked and greasy. Tenders weren't over cooked but greasy and the cheap frozen kind. Service was slow on beer orders and we received the same excuse they were busy. Appeared to only be two middle aged men working. Received a plate of Italian bread and marinara. Both were good, marinara was superb imo. Placed an app order of cheese sticks with our main order and I ordered a house side salad. The cheese sticks and salad came out with the main order. The cheese sticks were substandard and frozen. The house salad dressing was phenomenal and I enjoyed the pecans and roasted peppers. I had the wings, they looked amazing when we first walked in. They were good, not as delicious as I was expecting. The garlic parm was way better than regular buffalo. Parents had a half and half supreme and pepperoni pizza hold onions. The supreme side was lacking peppers. Pepperoni side was good. GF had the Cabrese pizza. It was skimp on chicken but had a decent flavor. Bathroom was small but accommodating considering it's a bar/pizzeria. All in all I gave 3 stars because we were forgot about at times while we were seated outside by ourselves. We had to ask for replacement beers and still were forgotten about. Plus each time we were told the same excuse "we're really busy", but the place cleared out long before we got our food. I will give it another go but will definitely avoid the fried food choices due to poor quality food and stale tasting grease. The outside area for kids was a plus because we all know how toddlers can be.

Franklinton is my hometown first and foremost. Since I moved to Virginia 10 years ago, the only…read moretime I travel here is during Christmas time to visit family. Over the last few years, local businesses have opened up paving the way for more choices, which is way better than when I was coming up. I actually wanted to stop by here and give them a shot last year after viewing their page on Facebook and with friends of mine posting on their feeds, but I came at a time where they may have been closed (don't remember honestly). Now, I finally had the chance to check them out. Calling for takeout was pretty simple. Place your order via phone and they'll let you know how long it'll be ready. My order was the Wild Hog pizza which consists of Sweet BBQ sauce, ham, sausage, bacon and mozarella cheese. Also, they had their custard flavor of the week. Given this is the last week of 2021, how better to top it off with Celebration Cake custard. So I requested one scoop. 15 minutes later, pick it up via drive-thru window. Again, easy and simple. From the first bite to the last, I can say I'm impressed. The pizza was done just right. Medium sized, which you can finish in one setting. And I like the fact that this pizza had equal toppings and cheese which equal the size of the crust. Very important for any pizza lover out there. And the custard.....flavorful indeed. Just like eating an actual piece of cake. I truly enjoyed this meal from start to finish. Needless to say, I am glad Franklinton has a spot that is fresh and one that can continue to grow. And I am also happy to say you have a fan in myself. Keep it up!
