When I walked in, I was ignored for several minutes by employees who appeared uninterested in helping customers. Eventually, one employee (dude with dreads) came over and took my order, but his attitude was extremely rude, dark, and dismissive. I am typically a generous tipper, but due to his behavior, I chose not to leave a tip. After this, he went into the kitchen area where I observed him whispering and laughing with another employee while looking in my direction. Based on what I saw, I became concerned that my food may have been tampered with, which is completely unacceptable and a serious matter. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, I requested a refund. The manager processed it, but also did so with a poor attitude. During this interaction, the employee continued staring at me in an extremely intimidating way. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. This is one of many poor experiences I've had at this location.
