I always wonder why their drive-thru line is so long when there are all the open carhop stations? I don't get it. Anywho...it's a-ok with me. I've never had an issue here. The service is quick and the servers are friendly. read more

Mr Sonic makes a very good vanilla shake that goes well with onion rings, fries or tater tots. Use the drive-thru for faster service or try the old style car hop concept where you park and order through a speaker - someone will deliver the order to your parked car. Car-hop style can be inconsistent and you're at the whim of when they get to you (it may seem like there's no rhyme or reason on who they get to next). Past this, Sonic (not the hedgehog) is still decent for fast food. read more

Drive-through nice clean parking lot free of snow and ice thank you ambience always the same very systemic food order the toaster best one not greasy perfect fresh cooked fantastic nice job appreciate the effort. Delivery was fast and the lady that gave it to me was just as pleasant as could be early in the morning read more

I just bought a footlong chili cheese dog and it's terrible! Whoever made it put the (teaspoon) of chili directly on the bun instead of over the hot dog and that made the bun very soggy. Can't even taste the chili because it's such a small amount. I was really hungry and can't eat it because I hate soggy bread and the hot dog looks like it's about a week old. Very disappointed!!!!! read more

This place is a joke - I went there today at 1pm tried to place my order by the picnic tables Waited 9 minutes for someone to come on the intercom, all the while, drive thru customers placed and received their food I went next door to Taco Bell - average food but great service - unlike this place read more

I don't know what's going on at this sonic, but every time I come here now they only have one guy doing everything, he's running the window alone, he's cooking all the food alone, and he's making the drinks and desserts alone where is the rest of the staff this guy is getting so overwhelmed with orders he's making mistakes, like I went in there for 2 regular sized chili cheese cones, 1large tatter tots, 1 large Coke Zero, and I was the only one there at the time of ordering and this guy is begging me to wait, so I do and order once he's ready, I got 1 hot dog with nothing on it, a small container with random fries and tots, and a small cherry drink, let it be known I was the only one there when ordering where did this come from, point is don't come here they are working a single person to the bone here and he's to overwhelmed with a simple order, or better yet someone get in touch with sonic to get this man more help read more

My friend suggested that we try Sonic's new Oreo Big Scoop Cookie Dough Blast, so we headed there tonight and was SO disappointed. Maybe it was just this location, but the blast came out...Unblended? How did that even happen? It was literally soft ice cream topped with Oreo and cookie dough pieces. That WAS NOT what was advertised on their screens. 1 star. However, I gave them one more star because the Blasts came out very fast, and this location was very busy at 1030PM. read more

if I could give a 0 I would, I only come because it's the only place near my house that serves drinks. even then it's still not good. service is dookie, manager is dookie whoever runs this place needs to run it better. I had ordered something online and when I went to pick it up they said "we have no order for you" but they had charged me???. They take forever giving you your items even when no one and they momma be in that place read more

Fast and fresh. I recommend the #15 Super Sonic. Delicious! Drive thru was friendly and efficient.

Dropped by for a last min shake and it was great as usual. Service was quick and friendly. Got the cookie dough shake and the snicker shake. Excellent. read more

This location just lost a customer. Again my drink is messed up. For as long as it took them to make two drinks it should have been right but the employees were to busy goofing off In The back. Ridiculous. read more

These employees do the BARE MINIMUM if you can even call it that. Poorly made food that is just poor quality in general. It's not prepared correctly and instead thrown carelessly together.. the last order I received had the medium tots placed UPSIDE DOWN in the bag.. I would choose any other fast food establishment. These workers are also so short and rude with customers... sad establishment and staff! read more

Absolutely terrible service. Ignored at the drive in station for 20 minutes, drove around to drive thru, said headsets were not working then proceeded to ignore us in line while others were helped and given food that were behind us. Don't come here if you can help it. read more

Almost every instance using this drive through is a negative experience. I don't understand how the management is so horrible.

Confused my order and did not honor their happy hour, very displeased with customer service from manager. Areli has no idea what she is doing in the drive thru. 20 minutes I'll never get back read more

I tried onion rings, cheddar poppers (jalapeño poppers) & a mini wild berry lavender creamery (new milkshake flavor topped with butter cookie and whipped cream). Their other new flavor is bourbon cream. I love everything lavender from lavender tea, lavender cupcakes, lavender macaroons to lavender laundry detergent, lavender candles and lavender hand soap. Extra star to sonics (of all places!) to be the first to have a lavender milkshake! I was skeptical but it tasted awesome. It wasn't overwhelmingly powerful in lavender flavor but there was definitely enough for you to identify it. It is a flavor added on a vanilla base I believe. Their onion rings are cooked longer than most places so it's harder (in a negative way) and crunchier. The jalapeño poppers tasted great but aren't very spicy at all (like most jalapeño poppers). The gave me two sides of ranch with I thought was a strange dipping sauce assumption. I love the concept of sonics' drive up parking spots and order when ready button. Getting fat is too convenient. read more

This place so severely run down and badly managed. I called and told them nicely they got my order wrong. She told me that I had to return the food to give me a refund. Mind you, I'm 20 mins away already. I asked to get the manager's name, and she started to act like she was bumped and didn't understand me and hung up. Do not go to this place. They don't clean and are insulting no wonder why they get paid what they do, I do not feel sorry for people with poor customer service skills read more

I ordered from the drive through. There were only two vehicles in front of me. I ordered a shake and a large diet coke. It took twenty minutes to get my two items. Both vehicles in front of me didn't order very much either. The shake was good. I'm disappointed in the drive through service. I should have went to the Wendy's across the street. Sonic, I know you can do better! read more

I wrote a review earlier about how it can be good when they get the order right... Well they've gotten wrong enough time to go from 2 stars to 1. The wife ordered drive thru, and "Desmond" read our order wrong twice. Each time I corrected him he just said "yes" then when he delivered the food he was like "oh, I didn't hear you" seriously?!?! He couldn't have said I'm sorry I can't understand you please pull to the window so I can take your order there? Nope just got the ENTIRE order wrong minus a coke. Well I hope management reads reviews on here and learns from it because this is a constant problem with this sonic location. read more

Never eating here again I drive for Uber eats so I saw behind the scenes I don't want to eat nothing a stranger fixed with his bare hands when I was a kid I worked in fast food restaurants and we had to wear gloves where's the sanitation I hope all Sonics cooks don't use their bare hands that's nasty read more

If you're stuck by the airport by denver and the A&W is out of buns and the KFC is out of chicken. yes.. true story... Sonic is a good alternative. They have some funky things on their menu which you don't get at mcdonalds or burger king. the dine in the car option is nice for those not wanting to wear pants while eating. read more

The people are friendly, but either extremely confused or forgetful. It's inconvenient for me to constantly have to check my order and inspect it every time for mistakes, because that's exactly what I find: mistakes. They always miss something in my order, give me the wrong order, or don't give anything at all. I hate having to hunt them down and wait extra time to get my order fixed. read more

I pulled up and parked at an ordering station and pushed the button, 5 minutes later no one had responded. I pushed the button again and waited another 5 minutes, still got no response so I went to another station and pushed that button. After 5 minutes of waiting there I pushed it again, and eventually after 20 minutes of waiting with no response I left. I then called the store and asked for the manager and the response I got was completely uncalled for I asked for the manager and she says "this is her what do you want" I said I just waited 20+ minutes at your ordering stations, and there was no response what so ever. She then had the audacity to tell me "you must have parked on the wrong side". It is literally not possible to park on the wrong side because the ordering menu and button are on the drivers side, so I said I can only park and order from one side. And she says "well you had to have parked on the wrong side, so that's not my problem" so I don't recommend going to this specific location, the service is atrocious. I will be calling corporate as well. read more

Everyone working there is amazing! Sweetest kids in town :) they're nice, courteous and fast

They should have never gotten any stars! Okay so we went here after we arrived back into Denver on Sunday the 27th for some dinner. The onion rings looked and felt like they were out for a LONG time. The Onions inside where dry and they were cold! Same as to the fries, hamburger, mozzarella sticks, and my hot dog was LOADED with sauerkraut. The mozzarella sticks the cheese looked disgusting and felt dry. The guy over the drive thru was rude! We just pulled up to order and he did his intro and we asked if he could hold on for a minute so we can look. He responds with "Sure why dont I wait on you for a minute to make my night longer". We didn't say anything we were actually going to ignore he even did that. We waited for a good 10 minutes to receive our food. We got our food and we were eating while we were going home (long flight). We were trying to eat and the food was so disgusting that we would have rather went to a Mcdonalds! and sonic is supposed to be way better than a mcdonalds! We ended up throwing out our food, wasting 20 something dollars and actually went somewhere else. Take your money somewhere else. read more

Worst customer service at any fast food place ever. Someone at this company really needs to replace the staff here seriously it's the same thing every single time. I will drive further to go to a different one. read more

Went here about an hour and a half before closing. After trying to order we were told the carhops were closed but if we got in line we would be taken care of. It was long but we were in no hurry. After about 45 minutes they take the half of the line behind us and send them to the carhops. Again np we were just about to order. Then we can't order because the machine says their closed. No worries, they were taking people's orders by hand. Ten minutes to by then they tell us the kitchen is closed after an hour and a half. Used to love sonic, but never again. read more

SCREW this location. Been here more than a dozen times and HAVE YET to receive my order correct. Besides that, the staff is extremely rude and on my last trip the lady who opened the drive thru window hit the mirror of my truck, shrugged, handed me a drink and closed the window. Not a word. Fuck that. read more

I've never cared for the food at Sonic, but I love their limeade. I'm especially fond of it during happy hour, when all drinks (non-alcoholic) are half price from 2-4 daily, weekends included. I'll occasionally splurge and indulge in some tater tots to go with my drink. Tip: If they're busy, like they usually are during happy hour, it's actually faster to park and order through the speaker, and have it brought to you by a carhop. read more

it is Sonic. What else to say? I like cherry lemonade , as for good.....when you're very hungry or hangover....

Went to happy hour today 8/30 around 2:45, order 2 large slushy. After 10 minutes I called back into the store and said to cancel my order. The guy was extremely rude and didn't do anything to fix the situation! Every time I come here the people are rude, and the orders are wrong!! STAY AWAY if you value your time/money. read more

This Sonic can't get your order right! Ordered a breakfast croissant with bacon, got sausage and no croissant. I called in and told them. I was told someone else got my order and they knew there had been a mistake. Go back at lunch because I was told they'd make me lunch for free to correct it. No one knew anything about it. They had the nerve to charge me, then screw my order up AGAIN! A BLT with no tomato and undercooked bacon. Gross! What a total waste of a drive. I've given them several chances because I generally love Sonics. However, avoid this one if you can! The same mistakes happen over and over again. read more
