If I could give this Sonic zero stars, I would. I ordered a number 1 burger combo, add bacon. When I got home and opened the wrapper, my burger had NO PATTY. It was just bacon and vegetables. I checked the receipt to see if they may have put my order in wrong on their end and the order was correct.. Management must hire some slow employees because who orders a burger with no patty? You literally had one fucking job. Sad part is, they weren't even busy during this time at all. I hate to give two stars. Especially when their grilled cheese was so yummy. And i love that Sonic has grilled cheese kids meals. But you lose 2 stars for not having ice cream. First we ordered a chocolate malt. They said no. So we tried chocolate shake. Again they said no. And then try said nothing with ice cream. At least they had slushies. And minus another star for being cash only. The machine is there below the order-menu/window/speaker-thingy, but a piece of paper taped up says 'Cash only'. read more

Ive been to the Columbus Sonic 2 times now recently and both times were BAD experinces!! First time waiter when it to wipe my credit card and I didn't realize till I got my bank statement that he had ran a different, my expensive order with my card! Then the next time, I went to get a cup of regular coffee, in the drive threw, and they lady charged me for a Large Coffee, I even told her I wanted a regular once I got to the window, again, that I wanted a regular and she said THIS IS. went this morning to grab a quick bite I only go when there are certain people working, but today my grandma wanted some breakfast. I called up to sonic to ask what they served for breakfast before heading that way there was no answer, so I drove up there. The manager Penelope was very rude and unprofessional he was short with answers and rushed me to hurry up and order, not to mention it wasn't even busy, so they just ignored my call, there was no yes ma'am or yes sir, no thank you after my order. I'm not sure if Penelope is great for management the person is rude and has no compassion, hr is rude to everyone including employees the only person he was nice to was a girl employee strutting around! I can't even began to rate!! DON'T GO!!! Beware ... I went to the Sonic to get only 4 drinks and has the worst service I have ever had in my life!!! I started at the speaker in drive thur... Which is located behind the building, we sat there for for I know a good five minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker however knowing that technology sometimes doesn't work as we plan so we pulled A little farther thinking maybe we just were not far enough up the set off the buzzer. So we waited a few more minutes and still no answer we decided to pull around and go to the window however after pulling up we could see three employees one on her cell phone other two standing right next waited near the front door, so we waited at the window thinking sooner or later they will have to look up where waiting for roughly about a minute or so. Eventually I got tired of waiting so I'll just go to the front door and ask if they are closed or having issues ... When approaching the door the young man saw me he was going to try to assist me however he was brutally interrupted and intervened by a young lady named Amy which was rude to me as well as two other coworks that were trying to help with the situation. I simply asked if there was an issue with the drive-through or if they were closed due to some issues. She began to try to tell me that I was not far enough up at the drive up in the back however I know I was clearly far enough up because we were already passed the little speaker box... So after her trying to give me the I guess 101 Lesson how to obviously drive up to the drive-thur to use the speaker box after I clearly done told her I was waiting back there by the box and already pulled up more thinking we were not far enough up . She began to tell me that she could refuse me service mind you all I never cussed never threatened never said anything that would even begin to refuse service. She began to yell at me repeatedly telling me she could refuse me service I politely asked why because I would not listen to her as she was trying to explain to me how to work the drive up!! I'm sorry but So many other ways that she could've handled this situation!! Example I'm sorry ma'am that for your inconvenience let me get that taken care for you what would you like tonight ??? I completely feel sorry for the other workers because her bad decision made it look bad on the whole crew as well as Sonic. It will take me probably months and years or I probably will not even ever visit a Sonic again!!! After all that, I still left there with nothing but another company and franchise owner earn our business!!!
