After I pulled all the breading off that stuck out from under the bun. The real meat and breaded chicken fry was about the size of his hamburger patties. No, he doesnt use hamburger. However, I do believe who ever he buys his meat for his chicken fries from completely misses the boat. Today mine was so bad. I took two bites and I was done. I didnt/couldn't eat the toughest flavorless way the heck over breaded and as usual the worst i ever had. I told the waitress, she said she tried to eat one a few days ago and it was the same way. It wasn't very good. I just couldn't eat mine again today. Its the last one I'll order. This is a very successful restaurant. Great food if you dont mind the over cooked fried foods. Otherwise everything else is great. Average ticket price is at least 30+ $s for two people. I eat there often just not their chicken fry.

Paul has definitely perfected his biscuit recipe, and the gravy was just as good. Next came the eggs, potatoes and sausage. Once I cut into the eggs I knew they were farm fresh! Paul told me he buys his eggs from Kansas specifically because they're farm raised. The yolks were dark yellow almost orange. The home fries or cut potatoes were seasoned using Paul's "Kitchen Sink" seasoning that he sells. The mini sausages were extra tasty. I didn't need any salt or pepper for anything I ate. Paul also makes homemade cheesecake, banana pudding and coconut cream pie. I took one bite of the cheesecake and I could tell it was homemade. It was delicious. I'm glad I got to experience Paul's cooking this morning, and if you're in Blanchard, OK, you need to stop in and have one of the best meals, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.
