They like to always keep an employee in the handicap parking lot. This car is here either taking a stall parking spot or taking the handicap parking spot. They also have stalls down but care enough to don't block them off to confuse people. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Nice parking - Burgers Near Me - Goldsby, Oklahoma

We've ate here a number of times since it has opened, and it's pretty consistent: Consistently slow. Consistently getting orders wrong. Consistently forgetting food from the order. Consistently has different staff every time. If asked about the quality, I would consistently recommend a different option. read more

Terrible I will never be back. The "manager" left me sitting at a stall for 30 minutes. My pick up order appeared after I checked in then closed saying the order had been complete. When I pushed the button I was very rudely told the stall was closed (it's now 10:45p) and to go through the drive through. This was yelled at me through the intercom following this I asked for a manager and was hung up on. Afternoon going to the door to ask to cancel my order since now they weren't answering the intercom I was cussed out by the "manager" when I asked why I was being treated and talked to in such a way. After refusing to tell me his name yet insisting he was the manager he also refused to cancel my order. He needs to loose his job for talking to customers like this I can't believe I was talked to like that for a kids burger. This location was no where near time to close when I put my order in and shouldn't have been closed for another two and half hours. After this 30 minute escalation and waiting for my food I was forced to return to work and care for my patients continuing my 12 hour shift without dinner. This location constantly parks their car in the drive thru so people will think it's closed when it's only 10pm, now on top of that the stalls close over two hours ahead of the store. I won't ever be back to this location due to being threatened to have my food spit in and being cussed out by the "manager". read more

We ordered double cheeseburger meals with large fries, and only got single burgers with no fries. The wait was 20 minutes too, the employees just stood around doing nothing while we built up a line. We asked for our fries, were given small instead. We asked again to get our LARGE fries, and they just poured the small fries into large containers. Absolutely insulting, never eat here. Everyone needs to be fired. read more

So the location I go to isn't on the map... it's the one in norman off Tecumseh. I'm sure someone will read this so I'm just gonna say it. That location SUCKS! Everys single time. I never get my sauces even when I'm charged for it. Even when it comes with the item. I never get my damn sauce. Also there's been times where I'll press the button and wait for way too long just for the button to turn off. Genuinely whoever is managing that location needs to do better. I usually don't care cus it's fast food but when it's every single time... it's annoying ash. And lazy. Do better. Yall work at sonic... it cannot be that hard to put sauce in the bag read more

Service is always terrible. Super slow and non apologetic, no one at this location takes any responsibility for making sure things are done correctly. I have given them multiple tries, and now we drive out of my way to go somewhere else read more

Worst Sonic in America. Took over 25 minutes to get 4 corn dogs and 2 drinks. Will never go back.

Filled my medium shake up a over half way and gave me the amount of a small. Didn't even get up to the lid

After a few trips to this store close to my new job I've determined id like to never go back. Service is rude, doesn't listen to the food and drink order then tells YOU what you ordered. Each experience was worse than the one before, in nursing we don't have the luxury of treating anyone this way with your families lives in our hands.. thankfully sonic is your job. I feel reevaluation in this store is necessary read more

we watched the 'red button activated' time out twice. sat for over 5 minutes without having our order taken and had to go to the drive through. we're met with so much attitude at the window, i understand being busy and being stressed, but to blatantly ignore customers and then give sass because they came through the drive through is ridiculous. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! I placed a mobile order and on said order was a burger and I put down for NO ketchup and add onions and mayo... order came out and burger had ketchup and no onions and no mayo. Hit the button and explained that the order was wrong and they said they would remake it. About 10 minutes later they came out with the replacement and it was the exact same burger from before... no onions or mayo and it had ketchup. Not to mention this burger was cold and just not good. Threw it all away and went across the street to McDonald's. Waste of my money. read more

This sonic is the worst in Oklahoma. They always close the drive through then take forever to take your order and even longer to bring you your order. Go anywhere else! read more

This particular Sonic is ran totally by kids. They will at times close the Drive-Thru to force you to park so the Carhops can get Tips. The food is usually good. Don't buy the Corn Dogs on corn dog day. The corn dogs are fried in bulk and sit in grease hours before they are sold. The Onion Rings are not cooked properly and they really skimp on this product. They sit on the fries. The difference between excellent crispy fries and bad fries is about 2 minutes. I can honestly say that I have never had fresh fries at this Sonic. Again, the quality control is practically nonexistent due to the lack of adults. read more

Negative stars. First when I came to pickup, the drive thru was closed and said to go to a stall. All of the stalls were closed so I had to get out of my car and wait outside in 100 degree weather. Asked for a frozen lemonade with strawberry - a slush. Gave me a watered down ice and strawberry drink instead. Then I tried to get the new pickles fries and had to substitute with mozzarella sticks that I waited 20 mins on for 4 sticks. also who tf gives ranch with mozzarella? Why wouldn't you add the red sauce in there?? Greasy and over expensive. Norman sonic chains are the worst and this by far is the worst service I've had. Don't go here. They obviously do not care about delivering good service. I should've checked the reviews before I drove over here. Smh ‍ read more

Worst sonic in metro area solely based on customer service. The man taking my order literally could not care less.

Best sonic ever! Brina had the meal out in less than 60 seconds and it was awesome!! Large Buffalo popcorn chicken with tots and a large strawberry limeade with extra strawberry. The Buffalo chicken had tons of Buffalo sauce, which is the way it should be. Toys were cooked perfectly. Strawberry limeade was one of the best I've had at sonic ever. I wish all Sonic locations were as good as this one. read more

My husband and I stopped in for a quick snack before heading home when the person taking the order repeated our order back it was incorrect my husband tried to tell him it was incorrect but he quickly closed the intercom. my husband pressed the button and told them the items they missed. we sat there for 20 minutes when the carhop brought our food out the order was still incorrect. She said she would go in and correct the order but went to the gentleman across from us had handed his food back. We choose to leave since we had already waited so long and the order would be cold by the time she resolved the other matter. read more

I would give less than a 1 star for service. This has happened MANY times where we pull into one of the stalls and we press the button (and it's says it's been pushed) and we wait there for OVER 10 minutes, please do not wast your time here! read more

Went to Sonic today with my kids. We ordered cheddar peppers and they were old and obviously reheated. The cheese inside was the texture of cottage cheese - thick and lumpy. The outside was burnt as a result of reheating. This is the third time this has happened lately - the last two times with cheddar bites. Not fresh like it used to be. I had never experienced this before recently? Disgusting and disappointing. read more

Not really a customer focused business, tried to sub a soft pretzel for the medium tots, as of the writing of this review they are the same price, but the pretzel looks better and is less calories. After the girl on the speaker tried, the manager informed her they can't do it. I'm not really upset and I'm sure they have some computer system that makes it hard to sub, but this is clearly a won't not can't situation. Gave them the 2nd star because they were nice about it. You might say, why are you leaving a review if your not bothered?" Well, they aren't very quick to get the food out either, so I'm just kinda sitting here. read more

The girl that brought me my food didn't even acknowledge me and just threw my food into the window without verifying my order or greeting me at all. Extremely unprofessional, and to top it off, my order was wrong. They were very quick with it tho, which is why I'll give 2 stars. read more

I've had the chicken strip dinners from other Sonic locations in the past and they were pretty good, but after getting home with a chicken strip meal from the Tecumseh store, I'm never going to any Sonic again. The chicken was different this time in shape and breading, and was slightly undercooked. They said I couldn't have fries because only tater tots come with it, and they were undercooked as well. The onion rings were a joke. I got less than 2 onion rings. One was about the size of a half dollar. The other one ... well it was about a fourth of one ring, I mean literally three fourths of the ring wasn't even there. It was more like a french fry. And speaking of fries, there were about a dozen fries tossed in as well, even though they said I couldn't have any. But they weren't any good anyway. The Texas toast was barely toasted on one side and not toasted at all on the other side, more like a plain piece of bread that was a little hard on one side and soggy on other. They also didn't offer gravy any more like they used to so I settled for some weird tasting barbecue sauce in a packet. They must hire the stupidest people at this location because a little kid could cook this stuff with just a little training. Oh, and the drink was not good either, it was about 95% ice. I can see now why everyone says this location sucks so bad. If you ever get an urge to stop at this Sonic, think twice and go next door to McDonald's where the worst thing on the menu will still be better than Sonic. After looking at the numerous health department violations for this Sonic, this place needs to be shut down permanently. read more

Worst Sonic I've ever been ordered from. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip dinner with a large onion ring & large drink, 2 Toaster BLTs and a Foot long Cheese Coney with mustered & onions. When they brought my order they had 2 drinks, they took one back, easy peasy. That should have been a omen to check my order. I did glance in the bags, 1 dinner box, 2 sandwiches, 1 foot long. Here is the problem, I only received a 3 piece chicken dinner with 4 onion rings, not the 5 piece with large rings. My BLTs had no more than 2 pieces of bacon and the foot long had no mustard or onion which I requested. They also did not give me a receipt, and I live over 45 minutes away, so I'm not about to spend $10 in gas to fix their mistake! This was not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last! I had to give this a star to write my review. I went to this Sonic the other day waited for 15 minutes. Never got to order. I don't know if it's lack of workers or lack or care for their work but this is one of the worst Sonic's I've been to in a longggg time. They have a line out to the main road because they can't serve people their orders fast enough to keep the line down. I've seen 3 cars behind me leave before ordering because of how long the restaurant takes to even take orders. Both of the other Norman locations never have a line this long and have workers walking outside and serving the line while a car is busy at the window. Y'all need a new strategy for efficiency cause it is lacking at this location, I will not be coming back. read more

Dominic was amazing he got a nice fit and is super fast. Well deserved 5 star. Although he did break my straw I'll let it slide.

Sonic on Tecumseh in Norman, OK. I tried going by 4-09-19 and 4-10-19 around 8:30am for breakfast and a drink and both times a guy had the water hose spraying down the parking lot in the drive-through area. I had just washed my car and didn't want him spraying water all over it so I didn't go in. I called and asked the manager if this was going to be an every day time for them to wash their parking lot and was told in a Very Snippy Way that Yes, it needs to be done every day. I said I would have to start going somewhere else on my way to work then and she was fine with that. read more

I got my food in less than 5 mins. I ordered through the app. They got everything on the order right.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My bf met me for lunch. We both had limited time to eat. We decided to go to Sonic on Tecumseh in Norman. BF is a big fan as he and all his kids have worked at Sonic. HUGE mistake. I should have listened to my coworkers and boss... WORST Sonic in Norman, they said. Never gets your order right, they said. Maybe I am at fault for not checking the order, but there were others waiting behind me and we had already spent nearly half of our lunch time waiting. 1. I ordered a combo, they left out the fries. 2. BOTH of our burgers were cold. I will definitely call the health department. 3. We got the Rt. 44 but it was NOT the coca-cola we ordered but diet dr pepper. I have heard this has happened more than once with this specific Sonic. I can only assume, it is deliberate. If you are going to read the order back to me correctly, make sure THAT'S what's in the bag.DO NOT EAT HERE! read more
