Cons: Very salty and the seasoning was not spread out well. We did not finish them. Mozzarella sticks- Good, but tasted a little cheap and like they were made from frozen. BBQ should have a bark on it, but I've encountered literal tree bark that was more edible than the black, hard exterior of these ribs. Because they were extremely overcooked it also made them extremely dry. Picture Clark W Griswold trying to eat the turkey dinner in Christmas vacation. That was the experience attempting to chew and choke down these ribs. I'm stunned that someone looked at this rack and while cutting it into individual ribs said "looks fine to sell to a customer". With a conference taking place across the street, Tucker's gave me the perfect opportunity to finally check that box. I'll be honest--burgers usually aren't something I seek out unless there's something unique about them. This was different. The Oklahoma onion burger absolutely lived up to the hype. Simple, messy, flavorful, and a great example of a regional specialty done right. The staff was courteous, the service was quick, and my food was out before I knew it. In fact, it was so good I ended up tucking my tie into my shirt to keep it out of the way. If you look closely at my photo, you'll spot my tie bar sitting on the table after I surrendered to the inevitable. The napkin dispenser's warning--"You're going to need them"--turned out to be pretty accurate. No regrets at all. If I'm back in Norman, I'll happily stop in again.
