They over stuffed the cups, crammed the lids onto them, made a huge mess and smeared it around the sides of the cup with napkins and wasted half of the gelato they scooped in the cups, then put the dirty, ruined cups into bigger cups. Very unsanitary and messy experience. Not worth $13 at all. I'm honestly super irritated and dissatisfied with this experience.
