I ordered the steak medium rare and got it very rare. The steak was really tough and mashed potatoes weren't hot enough. I did enjoy the side of jalapeño with green peppers Mac and cheese that was excellent!! For dessert, I ordered the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and rate it (3.8/5 stars). The bottom of the pie was not cooked enough and was very doughy. The service was excellent with friendly staff (5/5 stars). For our taste that is not sanitary, regulars seating at the same table laughing and coughing on the same table where the coffee cups are, is very disgusting and gross. The coffee was always different. I hope this changes. Because people like us that spend the money to stay in the hotel and actually pay to stay deserves the same customer service as anyone else even if you are not a local. The servers need to be less rusty and pushy. Both times always in short on staff or they just don't care.

We recommend trying the following: -Coca Cola Meatloaf, sliced and grilled meatloaf served with mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, brown gravy & BBQ drizzle. -Pan-Seared Crushed Lemon Verlasso Salmon with green beans, crispy artichoke hearts, rice and lemon jalapeno cream sauce. -New Mexico Gyro-Ancho, marinated beef tips, warm pita bread, roasted peppers & onions, sour cream, & cilantro served with a fresh salad. -Classic Margarita so delicious we had many!!
